James
“What is up with you today?”
“Nothing,” I responded.
I was tapping my feet while staring at my phone. I was waiting for a call from Ivy from forensics. I had asked her to check the bracelet, maybe something will come out of the search. I checked the time again. What was taking Ivy so long?
“Pega?”
“I’m fine Nigel,” I responded with a sigh.
“What was the last thing I said then?” he spoke.
“You asked me how I was?” I responded.
“No. That’s not what I asked. Now, what is up with you?” he inquired.
“Nothing,” I answered looking at my phone.

Kioni “Wow, when did Rosalyn have time to make this?” I asked as I sat down. “I did ask her to make something special.” Nick smiled. “She is a miracle worker. This smells divine,” I let the aroma in. I’m surprised Rosalyn had time to make a casserole considering the amount of time I bumped into her when I was exploring the house. Nick must have asked her to make sure I got anything I needed because she kept me well fed and hydrated all afternoon. Kioni I felt strange when my eyes opened. I couldn’t remember how I got here. The room was different and It wasn’t my bed. Harper One month later, I have never seen my brother this miserable and closed off. Morgan I watched as all the color on little Nicky’s face drained as I proudly sat coolly on my seat. He was shocked that he didn’t have the gall to ask me how I came to find out about it.
