To suspect one is a master criminal is one thing. Proving it is another. The system is not broken but people have changed. The police have become greedy and civilians feel entitled. It’s getting harder for honest cops to do their jobs. Everything is always flawed. It's harder to conduct a thorough investigation without second guessing everything.
