MasukOnce I got back into town I recieved a call from Mr. Marrieotti.
“Yes Mr. Marrieotti, the body has been disposed of appropriately. He will never see a subpoena.” “ Good Ms. Snow, I am glad we are on the same page. Thank you for getting it done in a timely manner as always.” One of the reasons that I am the most prolific contract killer is because I am a woman. I was in Special ops Marine Corps when I met my commanding officer Robins. He’d become like a brother to me. In fact, he was the only family I had. So when he asked if I would be the God- Mother to little Johnathan I didn’t hesitate before saying yes. The only thing I regret is not finding out sooner who had put the hit out on him and his family. It still haunts me to this day. When I found out that Tony Lombartti was the one who put the hit on him, I took 5 years to climb the trusted ladder to be his second, to which I ended in his bed. I went through hench man after hench man, using my social status as Special Ops to pave my way. Tony couldn’t help himself, I am medium height, 5’4’, hourglass figure, brown skin with waist length wavy hair, and eyes that can stab daggers into your soul. To them I was an exotic figure with a hidden past no one could search through. It wasn’t until year 6 right as I thought I had Tony under my finger when I myself, had received those fingers… The weekend during one of my hired hits, I had set up a meet at a secluded house to see my god son and sister. I was sure my tracks were covered, but somewhere I missed a step and I led them straight to the only family I had left. Tony never let up, I was sure my cover was blown, but nothing ever changed. I was still in the same meetings, even the secret ones that I should never have been a part of. As time went on I knew I needed to fast track my plans. One by one I took each family member out, drowning, cut brake lines, fishing accidents, my favorite was making them eat one of their family members in a dinner I personally cooked for the remainder during a family viewing after a funeral. Their cousin Joey had been staring at me, as if he’d seen who I really was, what I was really doing there.. Like he had known something I didn’t know. I didn’t like that. After I slipped Tony some good ol’ sleeping medication, I snuck out of the room and asked Joey to go on a walk with me. To which I proceeded to put a bullet in the back of his head as he had stupidly enough walked in front of me. I chopped him up into 15 pieces, each piece smaller than the last. Easy enough for me to pull out the bones within the chopped pieces, I put each and every one of them though the industrial meat grinder the Lombarttis prided themselves on. I made Hamburgers, Sausage, hot dogs, meatballs, hell I even ground some up with flour and made beef nuggets. I had just killed Sissy, Tony’s twin sister, I used her Make-up as my path way. I had been slowly poisoning her with her own stuff. She never knew what was hitting her. I had offered to cook for the family as they had left the funeral home to go to the gravesite and got busy. I made meat loafs, Hamburgers all of it. You name it. The remainder of the family, all 3 of them couldn’t help but compliment my cooking, all the while being the only 3 left. I had over 5 years systematically taken each family member out while none the wiser. Tony had been so deep in grief he never saw what had been coming. Once it was just him and me with the other two toasting up nicely in my local crematorium. I watched as he ate the last of his cousin, sipping on the rat poison I mixed into his wine that had hints of Antifreeze. Antifreeze I had slowly begun to give him over the course of 3 weeks. His body slowly started to work against him. He was losing control over his body. Hell he couldn’t even keep it up. I couldn't, wouldn't keep looking at his face, the sight of him had always been disgusting. It was time to finish this. It was when I started laughing manically that he looked up from his plate. “ Allison, what’s so funny? Did I miss something?” “ Hahaha, you haven’t noticed, have you? You are the only member of the Lombartti family, you have been so out of your mind you have fired all of your guards because you thought one of them was collectively killing off your family by another head family’s order. Now!?!? BWHAHAHA you and ONLY you are eating Joey, while I sit here with my chicken salad.” Tony’s reaction seemed slow at first, I watched as his face crashed with many different shades, shades I didn’t even know his face was capable of making. It was like watching someone age in front of you, the years flashing by as if it was a tape you could press forward on. I was straight hysterical. “ You see Tony, I know the story about Sissy. I was there. I watched as she wore the short slutty red dress that wouldn’t cover her ass no matter how she walked, sat, or bent over. She walked straight up to Ethan Robins and rubbed her skank ass all over him. I watched as she tried to kiss him over and over again and he had told her no and politely let her down each time. Ethan had called a cab to even get her home. She was so drunk. The thing is, Ethan had been re-telling me the story of the day he met Rebbecca at the airport waiting to pick me up. Ethan saw her and was head over heels for her. He was just telling me how he had planned to ask her out on a date, that day, but didn't think he'd ever he'd ever see her again. So when Sissy came to him and wouldn’t take no for an answer, she made a scene. Then she came home to you. It took you 4 years after that to figure out who he was since he was military and always overseas. He would only come home for brief moments for special holidays, over which he and Rebecca got closer, they got married and eventually got pregnant and had a baby. You see we had just left the hospital when your hitmen lit his house up like the fourth of July. While I watched my brother bleed out in my arms, and ask me to protect the remainder of his family, you were slowly taking them away from me. You fucked up when you sent me their fingers… I still haven’t found what you did with their bodies… For fucks sake Tony you KILLED A CHILD!!! A CHILD!!!” I let my words simmer with him long enough to watch the many years go by realization hitting, each month, holiday, year, every time I got closer, my calculated steps, the family around him dropping like flies. His face changed so many colors, purple, blue, reds, and green. It was like he couldn’t tell if he wants to be angry first, throw up, or just sit in his shock. “ Allison…. I.. I…” “ Save it Tony. Finish your meal, because baby it’s your last.” I watched as all of it started to get him, I watched and ate. I drank up my red wine and watched him plummet to the ground throwing up and grabbing at whatever his hands could find until they couldn't reach and grab at anything anymore. " Such a slow acting move, I would have done it quicker, but it wouldn't have given Rebbecca and Johnathan any justice!"Chapter 13 Epilogue I walked back to the group, with the recorder in my hand. “ Mr. Garica, can you please gather all to the middle by the fire. There has been a change in findings, since the decision for Mr. Martinez.”“ I’ll get everyone right away. Is everything okay?”“ If you could just focus on getting everyone, that will do for me. Oh and leave Mrs. Martinez to me.” “ Of course.” I walked back to the Martinez house, stopping just a step away from the door. I don’t want to do this. They already did what they thought was best, but I don’t think it would be fair to let them believe that Thomas did it all on his own, because in reality, he didn’t. I opened up the door, and I instantly smelled it. Gas. How the hell? I didn’t even get a step in before the house blew. 4 days later. Cynthia Brown POV“ Dr. Brown, will she be okay?” “ Her vitals are stable, she should have woken up by now. Does anyone know if she has any family, or if there are any pre- existing health condit
Tony Lombartti POV “ You know Thomas, with ma and pa gone, the whole family depends on me. Tony this, Tony that.. I never catch a break.. You know sometimes I wish I didn’t have to have the responsibility of one of the head families. I mean it’s nice and all, but this. It’s getting to be too much. I mean Sissy doesn’t stay home, I’m always cleaning up after her. My cousins are coming for everything down to the money. I just..” “ Permission to speak?” “ Sure, yeah yeah.” “ Sir, you’re the head of one of the top families here in New York. You must stay on top of it, because you each have a section of New York. If you even for a second turn your head or don’t handle something the other families are going to take everything out from underneath you. Sir.” I scowled at him. I didn’t like to hear it, but it was the truth. If I even appeared to take a side step everything would be wiped away. The Lombartti family will cease to exist in this world. Thomas and I were at this bar
I stood by Rebecca and the baby as she quietly cried. She passed me the baby and headed to the front. “ Ethan will never be able to enjoy fatherhood. My son will never get to know his father. Ethan was a son, a brother, a husband, a father. His life was cut short and no one will tell us why. I will honour him by raising his son to be the best he can be, and letting him know his father was a hero, and a wonderful man. I-..” She started sobbing so hard that the bishop had placed his hands on her shoulders and walked her back to where I stood with the baby and whispered in her ear, handed her a few tissues, and walked back to the podium. “ We are all sad to see young Ethan be taken from us so soon, but we are here to celebrate a life once lived.” It seemed to drone on forever. At some point I started to space out, trying to think of ways to get into this Lombartti family. I have to take my time with this, have patience and work my way in there, avenge my brother, my frie
“ Allison, I need you to meet me at West Memorial right now!” “ Hmmm?. It's like 4 am, is everything okay?” “ Rebecca has gone into labor!! He's coming!!!” I jumped out of bed and threw on some blue jeans and a black tee shirt. Grabbed my sneakers, keys, badge, and darted out the door. He's coming! My nephew is coming! Ethan Robins is my comrade, my commanding officer, but also my friend, a brother. We had grown close over the years since I was just a recruit. I had no family, so he was pretty much it. When he married Rebecca, I had gained a sister. Who knew having a sister would be actually fun. I arrived at the hospital within 20 minutes of his call. “ Hey, how is she doing?.” “ The doctor says she's doing fine. I was going to head back there as soon as you got here. After he gets here, I want to celebrate with some whiskey!” I watched as he walked through the double doors leading to the delivery rooms. 20 minutes had gone by before a nurse came out.
“ Snow, I have some news to tell you,” “ I'm listening?.” “ Rebecca and I are having a baby!!! And it's a BOY!!!” I damn near dropped my whiskey. “ I'm sorry, what now?” I've only seen this man light up one time before now, and it was when he first met Rebbecca. Rebbecca was in a rush to an interview fresh off of a flight from L.A., and he'd been sitting in the carpool lane to pick me up. Ethan Robins pov. “ I need to get downtown immediately! Step on it!.” There was a pause. “ Excuse me, sir,” I turned slowly to face her. “ Ma'am, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but uhm, I'm actually waiting on a friend. I'm also not a taxi.” There is another pause. “ Oh, uhm… I'm sorry” I watched as her face went at least several shades of red. I never thought someone as gorgeous as her could go looking as small as she did. “ Listen, my name is Ethan. What's yours?” “ Rebecca, Rebecca Williams.” “ Well, Mrs. Ms.?” “ It's Ms.” “My buddy is on their way. They shou
I walked outside, leaving him in the basement.“ Mr. Garcia?” I yelled out into the crowd of people. I watched him as he walked over. “ Yes, Ms. Allison?” “ I need you to gather all of the families. We need to sit down, and I want everyone to be quiet as I and the culprit inform you of what has been happening.”“ You…. Have you caught them already?”“ Please just gather all of the families and have them meet in the middle.” I walked away. I went to the basement, grabbed a rag, wet it with warm water, and wiped his face. His face wasn’t swollen, all but his eyes. They were swollen from all the crying he had done. “ Where is my wife? Is she going to be there? Will she witness this?”“ That is entirely up to you.”I walked him up the stairs and out the door. Maria Martinez was amongst the families in the center, awaiting us to come and deliver the news. When he caught sight of her, he burst into tears. We continued to walk. We reached the middle of all the families, and I began.
