Chapter thirteen: Flashback

     I twisted from side to side in the mirror studying myself. The dark blue and gold dress twisted this way and that with my body. The bodice of it was tight enough that it clung to and accentuated my breasts in a lovely way. It loosened on my hips and flowed nicely down to my ankles. The pack crest nestled beautifully above my heart around the clasped shawl around my shoulders. Amelia had helped me curl and pin my hair up beautifully so that it looked similar to my mothers hair on her wedding day to my father.
