The Blame Game

Shen Shaw stammered upon speaking. He cleared his throat again and said to everyone, “I don’t remember seeing two cards that night. All I saw was of Neil’s. How can I mistake Neil’s and Chan’s photo and mistake him as Neil? I also don’t know how this happened.”
