The guards opened the door of the mansion as they saw the owner of that mansion's car approaching. The car went inside the gate and finally halted in front of the mansion.
The guards opened the door of his car and waited for the owner to come out of it but instead of getting out, the deep brown eyes of the owner snapped beside him on the passenger seat where he saw that sapphire eyes alien peacefully sleeping.
During their hour of ride to his mansion, she blasted his head with her uncountable number of questions which he gladly answered none. He even warned her but she was in no mood to get afraid of his warning. It was then she shut her mouth when he was about to throw her out of his car, then she accepted to completely go silent and automatically drowned to her sleep.
Her dark long lashes were shadowing her slightly flushed cheeks as her eyes were shut and her plumpy crimson lips were parted a bit as she was breathing through it.
He got out of his car and another guard opened the passenger seat's door but stopped when he saw that girl sleeping. The guard was about to shake her shoulders.
"Leave,"
The guard took back his palm hearing that deep authoritative voice. He turned around and bowed at his boss and then backed away.
His brown eyes again fell on her calm face. He leaned a bit and shrugged her shoulders but she started snoring gently which made him stunned. He tried to wake her up but failed in his attempts, she was too lost in her sleep.
He frowned and then pushed his head inside the car and started opening her seatbelt. After opening it, he snapped his head only to find that gleaming face of hers only an inch apart from his. His gaze took a brief glance of her entire face before he hoisted her up in his arms and took her out.
Like a tired kitten, she snuggled her face in his chest and locked her arms around his neck. He looked down at her, rubbing her face on his chest. He scoffed at her and with a scowl on his face, he took her inside his mansion. What a fantastic way of entering someone's house again? Earlier also he had to pick her up in his arms to take her inside to his mansion because she was unconscious at that time and now the highness was sleeping. But why the heck was he doing all of that for her like her slave?
As soon as he stepped inside, Violet was already present there. She was startled to see her boss and that girl in his arms again whom he had just kicked out of his house a little while ago.
She saw him taking her to that room where he had put her earlier. She hurriedly followed them.
He went inside that room and then placed her down on the bed. He was about to get up but felt a tug on his shirt. He trailed his head and saw her clutching his shirt tightly in her fist.
He sighed and then detached his shirt from her hold and then placed her arm down. Again his eyes fell on her face and he himself didn't know what, but there was something about this girl which was bewitching him. His own actions had started betraying him in front of her which had never happened with him before.
He straightened his body and saw her curling up. He rolled his eyes at her and then gave her a pillow to hug and then tugged the duvet over her, mindful of her elbow injury. Now her highness was looking very content. He mentally scowled at her calm and peaceful expression and then turned around to leave.
He saw Violet standing at the door who had seen everything. He walked towards her and uttered.
"Treat her wounds. She is going to stay and work here as a maid from now on,"
Violet nodded at him and then he left from there.
A heavy sigh escaped from Violet's mouth. She travelled her eyes at her who was still peacefully sleeping on the bed while hugging that pillow and duvet. Maid.... really? But from when he had started treating his maid like that? Or she was his special kind of maid? Time will tell.
He got inside his room and finally laid down on his bed. He closed his eyes and again those sapphire eyes flashes in his closed eyes but instead of making him restless, this time those alluring blue orbs helped him in getting his calmness and slowly and slowly, a peaceful sleep washed over him.
The next morning, Violet was talking to some staff members of the house.
"Yes, boss is going to be here soon. Serve his breakfast,"
The maids nodded at her words and then Violet saw him coming towards the breakfast table, followed by Richard.
"Yeah, that meeting has been rescheduled," Richard said to him, who was thoroughly hearing his words.
"Good morning, boss," Violet greeted him, earning a curt nod from him.
He settled down on his chair at the breakfast table along with Richard. Maids immediately started serving breakfast.
Violet noticed something unusual in his behaviour because instead of eating, his eyes were wandering everywhere and somehow, she knew whom they were finding.
"Boss, Cia is still sleeping," she informed him. A frown crept on his face at her words. He glanced at his watch and it was almost 10 in the morning and she was still sleeping. What an amazing maid he had gotten who didn't feel the necessity of waking up early on her very first day.
"Wake her up and teach her about her work here. She is not my guest here," he blurted out. Violet gulped before answering.
"I tried to wake her up but she has a slight fever and her elbow is paining too, so I let her sleep but I will wake her up now," she said and turned around to leave but he stopped her.
"Let it be for today,"
Violet became shocked at his statement.
"Once she will wake up, tell her about her work and responsibilities here,"
Violet immediately bobbed her head and answered
"Yes boss,"
He started eating his breakfast while discussing something with Richard.
"No boss. They still haven't made the payment yet," Richard stated, making him slightly ball his fist.
"Then go and pay them a visit so that..."
"Violet," That sweet and gentle voice halted him in the middle.
His fist automatically loosened. He slightly stretched his head and found that sapphire eyes owner towards their direction.
"Cia," Violet said.
"Now before blowing the candles, make a wish, Zia," Zia smiled at her mother hearing her words and nodded. She closed her eyes slowly and made her wish. After that she opened her lashes and the very first thing her gaze caught was those green orbs staring at her because its owner was standing in front of her. She gawked at him through the fire of those burning candles. "Now blow the candles…." Cia's voice made her shrug and then she blew the candles. Everyone started clapping and wishing her whereas she grinned at everyone except that one person. She did her best to avoid his entire presence as much as possible because his mere presence was making her remember what had just happened between them just a while ago and she didn't want to remember it, not even in her dreams again because that was a living nightmare for her. "Once again, happy birthday," Zale fed her the cake to which she smiled and returned the gesture. Zia fed the cake to her parents and grandpa and then extended it t
A knock on the door grabbed the ladies' attention who were present inside Zia's room. They turned their heads and saw Zale standing at the door. Cia passed him a smile before siding away because she knew he was there to see how beautiful his little princess was looking in that dress which they both had selected for their daughter's birthday party. Zale looked at his child and immediately his smile turned more wide by watching Zia. He walked towards her and Zia wrapped her arms around her dad. "This dress is so beautiful, dad. Thank you so much for this," Zia uttered, smiling. Zale took out her face and planted a gentle peck on her head. "It's looking beautiful because my Zia has worn it," Zia giggled hearing her father. "Well…you can also compliment the other ladies present inside this room too, boss," Violet said, who was also there along with Zia's best friend, Riley. Zale chuckled and complimented them and then fixed his eyes on the love of his life, his wife…his Cia…. Cia'
"Happy birthday, Zia….," She slowly unlatched her dark black lashes hearing her parents' voice. She adjusted her sleepy vision to the light of the morning and a big smile crept on her pouty rosy lips by watching those two favourite faces of her life. She got up from the bed and opened her arms wide for both of them. With a smile, Zale and Cia hugged their daughter and kissed both sides of her temple."Happy birthday, Zia. Many many returns of the day, my child…." Zale spoke, caressing her light brown hair. Her alluring light blue eyes gleamed up in happiness."Thank you so much, dad…." She again hugged her father. His smile widened as he caged her back. His daughter was his life and the ultimate source of his happiness."Did you already forget about your mamma, Dad's princess?" The father-daughter duo pulled back and chuckled by hearing Cia. Zia stepped closer to her mother and embraced her."How can I forget about this beautiful face of my mamma. It's my everything," Zia said and p
"Careful, Cia….. " Zale uttered while watching his 9 months old pregnant wife who was playing with that kid, Damien. They both were chasing behind a butterfly in the garden of his manor. She was taking her steps slowly while holding the hand of Damien. They both were giggling which made Zale chuckle too. That kid had grown really close to both of them, especially Cia in these past 9 months. Once in a week, he always came to visit Cia with his father or sometimes even with his both parents during his weekend days. The Karlson family had also developed a very close relationship with Cia and Zale because of their elder son growing fondling towards Cia, Zale and their coming baby. "Oh… . No… it flew away… " The kid, Damien whined, watching that butterfly fly away from the flower. Cia chuckled at his tiny pout."We were not supposed to catch it, Damien," she caressed the boy's head who was pouting in anger."Because if we would have caught it then it might have turned very sad because it
"Damien Karlson," the little boy replied. Both Cia and Zale smiled at him. That boy had beautiful honey tanned skin and jet black hair. His eyes had the lightest shade of green which were twinkling like stars every time he smiled through his pearly white teeth. "Beautiful name and how old are you?" Cia asked, stroking his soft cheeks. The boy beamed in Zale's arms and answered. "I am five," "You didn't get hurt somewhere, did you?" Zale asked the boy in concern because that kid fell with a slight force and it was evident in that thudding sound of his falling. "No. I am fine, sir, " the boy shrugged his head while looking at Zale. "I am a brave boy. I don't cry," Zale chuckled at that kid's answer. Indeed that little being seemed brave. He patted his head. He didn't get very well with kids but this kid appeared to be different and he liked it. "Damien…" that voice grabbed the couple's attention and they saw Mr Karlson approaching them. "What are you doing here, Damien? Your mo
Soft and gentle blow of air was grazing against her face, making her golden strands of hair bounce in happiness. A small smile was playing over her lips as her azure eyes were staring at the beautiful horizon through her window. She closed her lashes and inhaled the fresh breeze of the evening which jolted her heart in content. She was enjoying the alluring sunset when she felt those arms wrapping around her waist from behind."I love you…." That raspily husky voice whispered in her ear and pecked below her ear tenderly. Her heart tingled, hearing that voice and feeling that touch. She wrapped her arms over his and leaned against his warm chest."I love you more," Her answer brought a beam to his face. He pecked her temple and embraced her more firmly. "So how was your day at work, Mr Alcazar?" She asked him, staring at the sky which had worn an enchanting shade of orange and slightly yellow. "Well…I attended some meetings, signed some papers, scolded some of my employees and miss
