“Come to me, my little dove.” His gaze held hers, she swallowed down hard.

Her gaze kept shifting from him; to the two men standing behind the man he was torturing. Her legs wobbled, but fear forced her to take a step forward.

Her hands gripped the hem of the lacy night wear, while she approached him carefully.

Almost at where he sat, his hand stretched out and he pulled her toward him. He yanked her onto his lap with a sharp motion, her chest rose as she flinched.

He held her right hand up to his face, and his fingers grazed the bandaged wrist. It almost felt tender, like he cared. But who would watch their ten million dollars goods get hurt?

“Doris patched you up good. Pretty girls shouldn’t bleed, unless it’s for me.” His voice, dropped to a low rumble against her ear.

“Wh-what is this?” She whispered softly, panic clawed its way up her throat. Her eyes couldn’t stop watching his movements on his gun, the way he twirled it smoothly on the table, how neat it looked.

Lucian leaned close to her face, his palm rubbed her thighs. She tried readjusting on his legs, but his other hand wrapped around her waist slid down her ass.

“This….” He murmured, his palms moved deeper on her thighs under the lacy dress, her mouth opened slightly and she arched softly, her eyes shifted shyly to his men but they weren’t watching.

“This is breakfast…” His nose grazed her cheeks, then he stopped abruptly. The man in the chair coughed, blood splattered from his mouth. His head gazed down in fear,

Lucian picked his pistol, tapping the barrel of the gun against the table. His harsh demeanor returned, and if looks were daggers then the man would be dead by now.

“I’ll take your daughter. She’s quite a suitable down payment for your debts, don’t you agree?” He grinned.

“Ma-master, please.” The man coughed, “Sh-she’s only 8” tears streamed down his face, mixing with the fresh blood pouring from the flesh wound on his cheeks.

But Lucian turned his attention back to Aria, his fingers slid up her thighs again. This time deeper, closer to her entrance, he gave them a gently squeeze and she huffed slowly.

“What should we do with him, little dove?” He asked softly, his eyes on her.

Aria’s gaze remained on the man; he raised his head up to meet her gaze.

In his eyes, she could see him desperately begging her to spare his life that was if any choice she made even mattered.

His daughter was too young? What could Lucian possibly want with her?

“L-let him go…please” Her voice quivered,

A dark chuckle rumbled beside her, his voice low and dangerous.

“Mercy belongs to God, piccola. Punishment is mine to give.” He muttered, his eyes gleamed with coldness and harsh intent.

He raised the gun slowly, directing it at the man’s head. Aria felt all the nerves in her body stand up, a murder was going to happen in front of her, she couldn’t watch it.

“Oh God,” A whimper tore from her throat as she threw herself into his chest, her hands desperately covered her ears.

They shook, her head buried into his shoulders. The sound of the gun’s click echoed in the room, but it never fired.

“Take him away,” Lucian ordered, and dropped the gun back on the table.

His men each grabbed the man by the shoulder and hurled him along with them.

Aria sat trembling in his lap, unable to move, her body completely stiff with fear. She couldn’t bring herself to look him in the eyes.

“What kind of man are you?” Her shaky voice cut through the silence.

A small smile plastered on his face, “The kind that mothers pray their daughter never meet.”

He leaned closer, his breath brushed past her skin “You shouldn’t fear me…”

He caressed her thighs, “Your sister ran with something that belonged to me.”

Her hands clenched into fists at her side, what could Camilla have taken from him? how could she even know him?

“But you, you were untouched. And I like my things, pure.”

Then, slowly he reached into a drawer beside him and pulled out a small box. The kind that could hold a wedding ring, so it seemed, her brows furrowed.

Would he tell her to marry him? She was still his prisoner till her sister gets back, or till he laid his hands on her.

On opening the box, he pulled out a black and pink leather collar. It gleamed in the dim light, and the round gold pendant had a name engraved on it

“Little dove”

Aria stared at the collar in utter confusion, her heart raced.

Her eyes held the collar like it was the most terrible thing she’d ever seen.

“Wear it,” He urged, his tone filled with command it echoed differently.

She shook her head softly, attempting to get up from his lap but he shoved her back that her bare butt jiggled softly.

His hand held her jaw so she could look him in the eye, before his gaze dropped to her breasts.

Her nipples stood at peak beneath the lacy dress, showing him that she was feeling more than she let on.

“It’s not just leather, little dove.” He breathed, his finger teased her nipples, rubbing it softly, her eyes screwed shut as she held her moans.

Mentally scolding herself for even feeling, for reacting to her captor.

“You see…” His hands moved in between her thighs, rubbing them softly till he stopped at her entrance.

A smirk hung at the corner of his lips, he pulled his hand away , bringing it to her face

Her wetness had stained his fingers, slimy and sticking to his fingers in desperation,

“It’s the only thing standing between me and sinking my teeth into everything you’re afraid to want.”

Her chest rose and fell desperately, she gripped the hem of the gown, her thighs trembled.

“So, Defy me, I dare you.”

“I say we drown her,” Domenico said calmly, as he leaned back against the counter. He and Lucian settled at the wine bar in the far wing of the house, with a single wall lamp that cast amber light over the polished shelves lined with aged bottles. He clipped the end of his cigarette smoothly, and flicked the lighter. The flame flared briefly before kissing the end of the cigarette. “Then we drop her by the seaside.” He finished.Domenico exhaled slowly, smoke curled upward. “What message does that send to Gianni?” He added. Lucian sat across from him, one hand rested on the bar table. He picked his tumbler, the ice clinking softly as amber colored liquid swirled insideHis face remained poised, “Gianni would know who did it,” he said evenly, lifting the glass to his lips. “So would half the gangs in Sicily, especially if you leave your trademark.”Most gangs knew that one of the De Rossi brothers had a fetish, they weren't just sure who it was. But it was Domenico, and his trophy c

Camilla's chest shuddered with each ragged breath, pain radiated through her body. Blood still trailed down her legs, soaking the once white gown. Her newborn cooed softly, swaddled tightly in a thin blanket.“You need to leave now, before he gets back,” Imelda said, her trembling despite her attempts to remain calm. She moved quickly, gathering loose blankets to further wrap the baby in.“If he knows you helped me….” Camilla whispered, the words trembling on her lips. “He'll kill you.”Imelda shook her head, letting out a sharp sigh “well, I guess my time is up then,” she said, dragging a small bag close. “ Besides…it's better than working for his self absorbed self anyway.” She dropped to her knees beside Camilla, and shoved the supplies into the bag.“Here..” she said, holding a small bottle of ibuprofen up. “Take these. The pain will be…. manageable. I wish I could come with you, but I can't. You're on your own now. And this little one….” Her gaze softened at the baby's coos. “

Lucian's jaws clenched softly, his eyes twitching slightly at the sight before him. He knew his brother wasn't as open minded as he was, but he had never felt a time would come where he couldn't predict what he could do.The girl's chest shuddered as sobs tore through her, the gag muffling her cries as she was unable to pull herself up from the rug. With a soft creak, the door opened even further. Lucian's gaze was still fixated on the girl, he didn't see Aria had walked in, She stood at the threshold, one hand holding the doorframe as if she'd stopped mid step. Lucian lifted his head to meet her gaze, her throat clenched up. Her eyes dropped to the floor, and the colors drained from her face.“Why? Why didn't you wait for me to give you orders!?” Lucian shouted, rising up and turning to face his brother.“Because I won't sit back and watch power slip through your fingers,” Domenico snapped. “If you had died like some common bastard, the rules would have changed. The De Rossi name is

Lucian's fingers tapped repeatedly against his desk, his legs crossed as he rested comfortably in his swivel chair. A cigarette between his fingers, smoke curled lazily around him and towards the ceiling of his study. His mind had been a hazy mess, trying to conjure up the best punishment for Gianni. He couldn't possibly just let him off with an easy death. He took a drag from the cigarette again, his jaws clenched. If Aria hadn't been there, he'd be dead, and he hated it. His phone buzzed on the table, snapping him from his many thoughts. But he didn't look immediately, he knew who it was. The phone buzzed again the third time, then he picked up, putting the phone to his ear lazily. “And I thought your brother would pick up the phone,” Gianni’s voice purred through the line, and Lucian could almost picture the smug look on his face. “Is he busy sharpening his knives for revenge?” Lucian leaned further back in his chair, taking the cigarette off his lips as smoke trailed out.

“Raf-Rafa-el..” She choked out, her face losing color gradually as his hands tightened even further around her throat.“Don't,” He warned, “Ever say that again!” He finished, aggressively taking his hands off her neck. Her hands flew to her throat instantly, rubbing it while trying to take in as much air as possible.“You think your affection for me gives you the right to talk down on me?”He continued. “ Need i remind you, Camilla. You carrying my child doesn't give you any immunity.”She sniffled, more tears rolled down her face. Why, why couldn't she bring herself to hate him despite all he does to her? What in her made her love such a dangerous man?“Rafael.....please.” She sobbed. She shook her head slightly, more tears rolled down freely. “You don't mean that. This child means a lot to both of us, I mean alot to you. You love me, I know you do.”She reached for him again, her hand trembling as it aimed for his face. The denial in her was unlike anything she'd ever felt. How coul

“Che stronzata!!” (Fucking bullshit)In one fluid motion, a crystal tumbler shattered against the wall, exploding into tiny shards that scattered across the marble floor. The echo cut through the atmosphere in the living room like a gunshot.Rafael stood at the centre of the room, his chest heaving, and his knuckles clenched tightly they turned white. His black shirt clung to his back with sweat, his black hair ruffled as he'd ran his fingers through it a dozen times, and his collar undone.“Quanto può essere difficile uccidere un uomo.” (How hard can it be to kill one man?) He thundered, as he paced around the same spot. “Useless, every single one of them.”Camilla hovered near the doorway, one hand braced against the frame, and the other rested unconsciously on her swollen belly. Her legs had increased in size since the progression of her pregnancy, hitting the nine months mark. Her heart pounded in her chest with every step he took, huff and every cuss. She hadn't exactly been hav
