Everything was red as I hastily walked down the dance floor where Hazel, her friend, and my cousin were enjoying dancing and seemed to be interested in hooking up with damn strangers. The party lights flashing different colors were gone and there was only scarlet around as I felt my blood boiling.

I wasn't looking at anyone as I strode through the crowded dance floor, making my way to the spot where Hazel was.
