“Are you done getting all your things?” I asked an exhausted-looking Tristan; we didn't get any rest after the training because I had already promised to pick up Camilla, so I didn't want to back out now.

I had to force him to shift his stuff to the BQ, because I know Camilla wouldn't be too pleased to see him.

“Yes, Alpha, but…” He sat on one of the couches, his gaze questionable.

“What is it, Tristan? I don't have all day.”

“Didn't you say the marriage was purely to fulfill the mating?”

“Yes,” my eyes shot up to his, curious to see where he was going with this.

“Then why was she moving in, and why must you live together?”

“That she… is Luna to you, Tristan. You will treat her with respect.” My wolf rears up, baring his fangs and snarling at his mate being disrespected.

“Sorry, Alpha. Why was Luna Camilla moving in? Isn't it risky for you both to live under the same roof?”
