Amelia's p.o.v

"How are you holding up?" Felix asked calmly behind me.

I put the watering can on the ground and stood upright.

"I'm holding up well." I answered then turned and faced her with a forced smile.

"Really I'm glad, for a second I thought you were holding out badly. But seeing that beautiful forced smile on your face, I'm pretty sure you are doing alright." She said then turned and walked back into the house before I could respond.

So she could tell that I wasn't happy here.

I turned back and grabbed the can from the ground.

As I watered the flowers I blinked back the forming tears. Was this place bad for me?. No, it was actually the best place I had ever been to. It was a quiet place and peaceful too, I was observing everything and In just a few days I learnt a few things about everyone I was living with.

Lee was usually serious and very possessive over Jeannie. For a warlock that came as a surprise but I paid no attention to it. At night he left for work, it turns
