Neo's p.o.v

I came out of the pack house with a smile. I was finally letting go of Sherry and on the other hand, I was very happy to have Ian as my brother and Nana as my mother.

I looked at the five parked cars in front of me then stopped walking with a low sigh.

The search was going to be hard, but I was very prepared for everything. After all, I had to redeem my bad actions towards my pack and alpha.

"Shall we go?" Ian asked behind me while he approached.

"Yes," I answered softly then turned and looked at him. Nana was following him behind with her gaze fixed on the ground.

"Nana, you look after the pack, we won't be long." He said without turning to look at her. She quickly looked up then nodded.

I rolled my eyes and walked to the car which was in front grabbing the door's handle.

"Son." She called loudly.

I found myself turning to look at her.

She was looking at Ian with concern and that made my heart ache. Never did she explain shit to me or take her time to see me, yet
