Chapter 41-Dreaming

At bedtime, Shaina and Travis found Arriana between them. The girl fell asleep easily, unlike Shaina who left awake. It looks like she’s already stiff on the bed and feels Travis movements. She just kept her eyes closed and she’s damn nervous.

“What are you afraid of?” Shaina criticized herself.

“Goodnight!”

Shaina slowly opened her eyes when she heard the young man’s soft voice. She was lying on her side facing the young man because she had to have her one hand around her daughter. They are in the same position and their hands are almost touching. She breathed a sigh of relief because the young man had closed his eyes.

“Go to sleep and I’ll take care of giving medicine to the child,” Travis said and kept his eyes closed.

“Thank you!” Shaina quickly turned her back on her daughter and the young man.

Travis spent a few more minutes before moving on the bed. When he was sure that Shaina was asleep, he got up. He took a moment to stare at the sleeping mother and the children. Until
