He grabbed her by the shirt and roughly pulled her close. She could perceive alcohol in his breath. And his cologne. Its scent never left her brain. She tried to be free from his grip but he pulled her closer. She gasped when she was an inch close to kissing him. “You are unlucky today” he rasped. His eyes slanted as he stared at her lips. “You are drunk, I will call the driver” she said trying to be free. “Where have you been avoiding me?” he asked “No I didn’t….I didn’t avoid you. You are a busy man so I let you be” Bella stammered and tried to look away but he tightened his grip on her hand. It was almost painful. That got her attention. “Liar!” he hissed harshly. . His eyes intent on her lips. No matter how she tried, she just couldn’t look away from him. Those icy blues always had her in a choke hold. “Alex please let me go. You are drunk and you won’t remember anything tomorrow” He smirked.” Isn’t that better” “Alex if you don’t remember... I will not forget” she begged. Her heart raced as his eyes roamed her face and stopped at her lips. “Good. You will remember.
