The next day has been a busy day for Atty. Wilgreg and Atty. Ninia. They had two meetings, one in the morning with the possible foreign partner of their Company here in Indonesia, and in the afternoon, they had a meeting with another investor.

The Lincuja Real Estate Corporation is planning to establish a name here in Indonesia. They wanted to start by building a high-rise condominium that will be definitely different from any existing condominiums in the country.

Atty. Ninia saw the business acumen that Atty. Wilgreg might have inherited it from his father. He is such a wise yet not a shrewd businessman. With the expertise that he showed both in business and law, they were able to close the deal with the two new investors. They will be going back to the Philippines with good news.
