A heavy cloud of helplessness engulfs me. Regret fills my heart, weighing it down with an unbearable burden.

I can't get a single thing done, the pile of documents on my desk left untouched, what have I done,

The realization of what I have done sinks in, and the pangs of guilt pierce my soul like a thousand tiny needles.

I shouldn't have, I always knew when to stop.
