Shots fired

POV: Maddison

We had been transported to another world.

It was a decked out basement with high walls and higher ceilings and also a good vent system because the entire place wasn't hot or stuffy yet.

There was loud music playing, a remix of Travis Scott, I'm sure. The entire room was awash in purple, blue and red neon lights, party disco lights and streamers were strewn on the floor.

There were ornate couches to sit on, and booths if you wanted more privacy. Most of the booths were empty and a few people were sitting on the couches, getting a lap dance or smoking and drinking. There was also an upstair that was currently not as crowded as the ground floor was at the moment.

There was a perfectly stocked bar at the end of the room to our left, at the up corner, the dj booth was pulsing where the dj was remixing song with his gear and headphones, spinning the wheel and hyping up the crowd.

I think the crowd of people were what shocked me the most. I was expecting perf
