Aria served dinner. Everyone ate quietly, and Aria found this to be disturbing. On a normal day, they'd hold conversations while they ate, and after that, they'd play a game of cards before retiring for the night. But this very night, the housekeeper's gloomy mood made everyone uneasy. Aria tried to cheer her up, but it wasn't working, and the old lady wouldn't open up to her either. It bothered Aria that she couldn't be of help to the housekeeper.

After cleaning up the kitchen, Aria went into the room she was to share with the housekeeper. She took her bath and sat in front of the mirror, drying her hair. She heard a sound, which she ignored, and soon after, she heard gurgling sounds. A long cry followed, and suddenly, there was silence. With the fear that a burglar must've broken into the house, Aria grabbed a club, and sneaked her way into the living room where she had left the boys and the housekeeper. Lucas paused for a while, staring at the obstacle. He couldn't tell if it was another dirty tricks of Leviathan. He touched the gate, and it opened, revealing a circular chamber that was surrounded by mirror water, which was strangely still. Suddenly, a figure rose from the center. It was not an enemy, neither was it a friend. Lucas stared at his soul. Untainted, and glowing faintly with the humanity he once had.
