Chapter 118

Jayden's POV

I traced the rail to the building and...that certain one looked so familiar. I walked around it until...I'd gotten to the entrance. At the frontage...I could see a girl whom I thought was familiar. I didn't think so much before I got it that....she was the vandal...I was looking for. Although they were much.. she was the leader of the thieves. Also, I could see the lady who welcomed her..when she placed it at her front. They were both standing erect on that early morning with their eyes closed and shaking hands to sing...some hymns that I couldn't understand. I didn't think twice before I started to act. For after all...that wasn't a vision...it was a story from my mother and so...it was something they carried out long ago.

I stuck her with my little knife as she wasn't noticing. She still retained her normal position but ...she had to unfurl her eyes when I dragged her backward.

"Who are you...?" She asked.

"Where is my mother...?" I pushed the knife towards her neck
