(Lily’s POV)

I had no idea what I was thinking this morning when I let him join me in the shower. I had been with Alfonso for only a few weeks and it was already going to my head.

Why was I mad that he was going to work instead of spending time with me? But the big question was why did I kiss him or ask if he loved me?

“What was I even thinking?” I asked out loud as I covered my face with my hands.

“You were thinking that you are being a good mother?” A male voice chimed in making me turn to look at them.

“And who are you?” I asked.

“Oh, I’m Oscar. I’m Abby’s father.” He replied as he pointed to our children wo seemed to be hitting off quite well. “I thought that since our children are playing together maybe we could also sit together, I guess.” He chuckled, “that’s if you don’t mind.”

“No, sure have a seat.” I said as I created room for him.
