NEGOTIATION

"Dumb robot"Tim cursed.

How will he ever help someone that would murder him without a second thought,but since it's an opportunity,Tim decided to take it.

"Deal"he said to Jojo

The robot flew over his side and loosened the bound with a harmless laser light shooting from its eyes ,it did same to the bonds on his feet.Tim got up and quickly grabbed the pistol that Bella dropped on the table and pointed it at the pokemon robot, it may have  a weapon or some harmful gadget installed in it,he thought,not really not take any risks.

"I could ...have scanned you... to know... if you lied ....about helping her,i failed"Jojo  said regretfully.

"Yeah...you and that crazy bitch going to  rot in hell"he pulled the trigger,his finger shaking,the sound brought Bella back to her consciousness.

"Noo.!!!...no!!,Jojo.."Bella cried out loudly ,groaning and tried to get up ,supporting her body with a hand and the other grabbed on her tummy.

"Am fine...boss,not too many damages?"JoJo  replied and quickly self repaired her damaged body in a flash.

"You asshole!!!kill me instead!!"she yelled at him,staggering like a zombie towards him.

Tim stood confused on what next to do,beads of sweat summoned on his forehead,he had never killed anyone, and he don't think he is strong enough to do that  even now,he held the gun pointing towards their direction ,Bella got closer to him and smiled.

"I knew, you are weak ".

She pulled a dagger from her trouser pocket but Tim was no dullard,he was fast enough to hold it back,she kept pushing with all her existing strength, but he was even ten times stronger now,it broke her when she realized she was that weak.

She cried out loud,then dizzy she fell on Tim's body and blacked out again,the dagger dropped from her hand. Tim pushed her down violently, gasping breathlessly.

what a crazy bitch,at this stage, she supposed to be begging for mercy and ask for help but even her robot was more intelligent than her with human brain,why is she so desperate trying to kill me,am not my father ,and I have nothing to do with him,he thought, quickly he picked the gun up,he had dropped when she attacked him.

He pointed the gun at her then watched JoJo crawl to her, making sob sounds.He stopped at a pace.

"What am I doing?get rid of her already,I can't believe it,you are thinking of helping her,she is a beast who will devour you at any chance....but.....I can't possibly let a person die, a doctor because I loved saving lives and now a policemen to save people from dangers that can lead to their death"

He said to himself then he sighed regretfully,why am I this weak ,caring for a person like her, she don't deserve it.

He shook his head and quickly bent over to examine her,then he tied up the bleeding spot with a piece,fortunately it was able to seize the bleeding.

"Alright ,I will save your friend"he said to Jojo,who gave him an adorable stare,Tim smiled back and quickly searched the room,pacing up and down.

"I can help you... with medical first aid ....if you want"Jojo announced.

"Good"he agreed readily. Jojo flew over to the corner of the room scanning all over the room .

"Found it"Jojo  annoced again.

Tim went over to where the pokemon floating in the air and carried out the first aid box into the room,he opened it and found an old teddy bear ,he checked if it's a weapon or any kind of weapon, but it was just a plain teddy.

"what on earth would a cold blooded woman like her do with this"he thought out loud.

He shoved it aside and searched for the medical materials he needed for the treatment.

"Fortunately she got everything in here,they will do till she would be able to get a proper treatment "He told her.Jojo gushed "aww" and muttered " thanks".

He wondered how she got such an advanced robot,feels like he was communicating with an actual human.

He carried Bella to the bed and started her treatment,Jojo  helped get anything he requested.

        ###TIM'S PLACE###

Tim got home,weak and exhausted, he still couldn't believe he was able to get away from the psychopath, he wondered if  letting her go was the right thing to do, she's definitely going to hurt more people in the future ,so it's not the right thing,he sighed deeply and got down from his car,he sighted his mother in the balcony with a friend of his,Rily,and also a co worker,he pulled the door handle ,shut the door and went into the livingroom .

"Tim I was so worried, you did not pick your calls,you did not reply your messages, where have you been?"Rily asked eagerly.

"My apologies "Tim said ,his brain was blank and he was unable to make up an actual excuse.

"That's it?,you ain't gonna talk about it?"she asked unsatisfied with his response.

"Believe me, am fine, everything is fine,how is everyone at the office?"he said adjusting his tie.

"We had a new case up,Chief detective  put us both in charge"Rily replied 

Tim sighed."Is this a drug dealers case?".he asked unbuttoning his shirt.

"Mr clawson, a high ranking drug dealer,we have insider's reports, about him engaging in human trafficking, and also sex trafficking,he is a tough one and ruthless when it comes to murdering"She replied coldly.

"What's the mission?"Tim asked blankly ,he wished she could stop talking and leave him alone ,he don't even know what to think,the psychopath is all that is left in his head,wondering her next move,her next target and why she affected him this much.

"Are you listening ,Tim?...Tim ...you will be the undercover spy"Rily said with a grin breaking into his thoughts.He almost spilled his drink.

"The what!!?"Tim snapped as his eyes widen up in confusion.

"Look I know how bad you are at this,but you can do it,you're the brain of our squad, we need your intelligence this time around"Rily said softly to him.

"You just said it yourself Rily,am bad at it,I can't go into the club full of bandits and badass Mafias and act normal!"he snapped out with a finality in his tone.

"You're a police cop,Tim, why shy away from your role?"Rily said with an arched brows.

"From my....role?,Rily this...isn't about...

"Who wants cupcakes!!!"Tim's mother called interrupting him.

"Oh I do!!"Rily shouted and ran towards her .She  got a cup and came back to Tim.

"You don't have to worry much Tim..."she said in-between mouth full.

"it will be a mask party that's a bonus,you can't be recognized easily,get a lady to dance with and act along,behave like one of them,you got the gene in yoou..."

Tim gave her a sour look.

She chuckled and continued "we will be intouch and we had an information that the drugstore is hidden underground ,so with you as our eyes in there we sure can find out more"

Tim stared at her for a while ,he knew he can do this job ,but he really don't want to get involve with drug dealers for a good reason.

"Where's is the case file"he asked coldly.

"Here"Rily said and  quickly brought a copy from her bag and handed over to him,he flipped through it's pages.

"He is a very dangerous man,and this mission is a good one for a promotion "Rily stated excitedly.Tim was unimpressed.

"Well congrats in advance, do you knowI don't need the fucking promotion, am good being just a police cop,fight crime...

"Tim..do you know how many people lives ,this man wasted?,getting the beast behind bars is gonna save many innocent lives, first we need to know If the place is really what we think, then we will know the right time to attack,also if the situation got bad and complicated, the backup squad will get you out safely"she stated interrupting him.

Tim sighed deeply,he knew ,it would never be that easy.

"Alright..."He said. Rily smiled back at him then drew closer and leaned forward to him

"I know you can do it Tim,you are strong and brave,don't let anyone make you feel otherwise at least for me,you are the best cop ever, fighting!!"she said to him in exciting tone.

"Thanks Rily"Tim replied with a slight smile.

She slipped then slightly closed her eyes,,her lips pouty,leaning closer for a kiss.Tim took a deep breathe uncomfortably,then his phone ranged,he was grateful he got a call at an awkward moment like this,after he quickly grabbed his car keys

"What is it ?Rily asked curious.

"There's an emergency at the hospital ,I gotta go"

he said and rushed to the kitchen,took some cupcakes and rushed out of the room.

"But...but"Rily stuttered. He pulled the door handle and went off.

Rily stood there speechless.

"What's so hard in choosing a single profession "she mumbled to herself sadly.

"You can wait for him, you know,he will be back soon"Tim's mother said  walking towards her to the sitting room,with a tray of newly baked cupcakes.

Rily sat down on the couch,eating her cupcake angrily.

"We've been friends for so long  and I have been giving him that stare you know to make him realize, I do love him soo much but he don't even seem so interested in me"she sobbed in between mouthful.Tim's mom smiled and sat down beside her.

She took Rily's hand and squeezed it softly.

"Well I don't think he is interested in anyone else,I will definitely know,we may not be so close but he is still my son,if there's anyone Tim really care about,then it's you Rily"Tim's mom replied.

"Really...?"she said excitedly then went back to her long face and took another bite from her cake angrily,pouting ,she continued.

"Sort of...,I mean he doesn't look at me that way,you ..know..the ,can I kiss you way..the ..you know I love you or even I want to f**k you look,he only gave me a hug once, more like a brotherly hug,is he gay?"Rily said curiously.

"No Ofcourse.!!'Tim's Mom replied then there was a long pause.

 "......wait, actually I never thought of that"She said with a stunning surprise look on her face.
