Forced to marry

Farrell:

“Andrew Waterson, today is your day of reckoning!” I said with a growl as I removed my hat.

When I looked up, I noticed how chaotic the situation was. There was a girl bleeding from her leg. Andrew backed up to the wall like a coward, and there she was—my golden goose. They dressed her in a wedding gown, but she was unhappy. Her face was red and swollen. Tears streamed down her cheeks, and a man clutched her tightly.

“Please help my friend,” she pleaded, reaching out for me, but the man yanked her back.

Then I hazily remembered everything she had said in the club the night before, and I concluded the man was her fiance. I became enraged, and I cocked my gun and shot this man in the chest without hesitation. His blood splattered all over her white gown. I saw her eyes widen, and she gasped for air.

Then I ordered Martin and Perez to take the bleeding girl to the hospital.

“Bruno!” Molly screamed as he crashed to the floor.

She grabbed him and rocked him.

“You... you killed him,” she stuttered as she stared at me.

“He hurt you, and...”

“I never told you to kill him. You’ve killed two people since you arrived; how easy is it for you to take someone’s life?” she said and then she stood up to face me with tears in her eyes.

“I just wanted a normal life, and then I met you, and...” She was saying this and pacing around, so I grabbed her hand and pulled her to me.

“And I killed your captor so that you can be free. I hate ungrateful people!” I said with bared teeth.

“Do you want to know what I do to ungrateful people?” I asked, digging my fingers into her soft skin as I looked into her eyes.

She shook her head and swallowed hard. I then handed her to Benjamin and walked over to Andrew Watterson.

“Andrew, say your last prayer!” I growled as I cocked my gun.

One offense was owing me money, and the other was attempting to steal from me in order to avoid being a debtor. This jerk stole a hundred grams of marijuana from me and couldn’t even make a profit off of it.

“I beg you, please... Please don’t kill me. I’ll get your money before the weekend,” he begged on his knees, his hands trembling.

I scoffed when he did this. He was a liar, and I knew he’d flee the moment I let him go. I’d have to go through the agony of trying to find him again.

“I have no mercy for anyone who disobeys me, and you know there are no second chances, so say you’re the last...”

“Please don’t murder him!” My princess shrieked, and I turned around to face her.

Molly:

Even though I wanted the idiot to die for all the pain he had caused, I pleaded for his life to be spared. Farrell immediately turned around to face me. He had a blank expression on his face that quickly changed to a soft one.

I couldn’t believe he was so ruthless.

Last night, he acted so calm and harmless. Here he was, surrounded by armed men and guns I’d never seen before.

“What business do you have with him, my kitten?” he asked, as he ran his hands on my cheek.

My face flushed and my entire body tingled.

“She is my stepdaughter, and the only surviving relative I have,” my stepfather said.

I rolled my eyes in disgust at the way he put it. He was trying to capitalize on the fact this man clearly had a soft spot for me.

“Stepdaughter, you say?” Farrell asked, a smirk on his face, and then he licked his lips as he surveyed my entire body.

“We could figure something out,” he said as he walked over to Andrew.

“Yes, please,” Andrew said, bowing his head to the ground and extending his hands.

“Let’s see,” Farrell said as he stroked his beard and looked at me. My entire body became weak because of this, and I wondered why he had such an effect on me.

“In exchange for your life, I’ll take her!”

My eyes widened as he blurted out.

“What?” I inquired, my brow furrowed.

“Perfect, my Lord,” Andrew said, still bowing to Farrell.

“Greedy fool,” I muttered through my tears.

“That’s all there is to it. She’s mine, and we’re getting married now. Thank goodness she’s dressed in a wedding gown,” he said, and I burst out laughing.

Then I bit the man’s hand that was holding me tightly and tried to flee when another man grabbed me.

How could I have forgotten they were four, and that two had driven Kate to the hospital?

Farrell approached me and told me to open my mouth, then he pushed his thumb into my mouth and spanked my ass. This made my face flush because I couldn’t believe he was doing this in public.

“If you try to run away from me one more time, I will punish you,” he said as he drew me closer to him.

“Is that clear?” He asked, and I nodded in fear.

He tightened his grip on my hand and dragged me out of the house in my bloody gown. As soon as we stepped outside, a car pulled up, and a priest emerged.

“Lord, please have mercy!” The priest exclaimed. Then he made the sign of the cross and attempted to get into his car.

“Take one step forward, and I’ll shoot!” With his jaw clenched, Farrell said.

What puzzled me was that he wasn’t afraid to take people’s lives. He’d taken down two bodies and was ready to take down more.

“We meet again, Torelli,” he said with a smirk as he approached the priest. The priest consistently made the sign of the cross as he backed up on the body of his car.

“I’ll do whatever you want. My church does not have any drug dealers. I’m here to officiate a wedding!” The priest trembled as he spoke.

Fuck me! I muttered.

I had gotten myself into a lot of trouble. Bruno might have been better off. I mean, he only cheated. Everyone feared this man—he left old men weak on their knees like cry babies, and I was about to marry him.

“Good, the groom has passed away, and I’m taking over from here. So, father, do your thing.” He stretched the word father.

The priest took a deep breath and then pulled out his bible. Farrell’s men were standing behind him with guns, so he skipped right to the vows.

When it was my turn to say “I do,” the priest gave me a look that said, “say yes or we’re fucked.”

“Yes, I do,” I replied as I swallowed hard. Then he asked us to kiss.

Farrell drew me in and kissed me passionately, while the priest dashed into his car and drove away. Farrell tossed me over his shoulder like a rag doll and then walked to his car. He threw me in and sat beside me before the car sped off.

*************

We got to his house in no time. It was big, bigger than Bruno’s, and I would have loved to explore, but Farrell tossed me on his shoulder and took me inside.

He carried me up the stairs to a room. He tossed me in bed and then he sniffed my body like a search dog. I trembled in fear and I wheezed.

“You are a mess,” he said as he kissed my neck, sending chills down my spine.

“The maid will come by to get you prepared for tonight,” he said, and he stood up to leave.

“Prepared for what?” I asked.

“You’ll know when I get back my princess…” he said. Then he shut the door and locked it.
