They had found a threatening message, and now the alpha and Riya were investigating.Georgia finally broke the silence. "Anna, what's going on?" she asked, her voice shaking.Anna took a deep breath before answering. "I don't know," she said. "But I think it has something to do with James."Georgia's eyes widened. "You think James is behind this?" she asked.Anna nodded. "I do," she said. "He's been acting strange lately, and I think he might be trying to scare us."Georgia nodded, seeming to accept Anna's explanation. "But what about the argument you saw?" she asked.Anna frowned, trying to remember. "I'm not sure," she said. "I saw one of the pack members arguing with someone, but I didn't see who it was."Georgia's eyes narrowed. "Do you think it could have been James?" she asked.Anna hesitated before answering. "I don't know," she said. "But I think it's possible."As they sat there

"What are we going to do?"Anna hesitated before answering. "I don't know," she said. "But we need to be careful. Whoever wrote this message is clearly trying to scare us."Georgia nodded, her eyes wide with fear. "I'm scared," she said.Anna put a reassuring arm around her shoulders. "I know," she said. "But we'll get through this together. We just need to stay calm and figure out what's going on."As they stood there, Anna heard a noise coming from outside the room. It sounded like footsteps, heavy and deliberate.Anna's heart skipped a beat as she realized that someone was coming towards them. She turned to Georgia, her eyes wide with fear."What do we do?" As they walked back to the mansion, Anna couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her. They had finally faced James and come out on top.Georgia seemed to sense her mood, and she smiled as they walked. "I'm so glad that's over," she said.Anna nodded in agreement. "Me too. I was starting to think we'd never be able to get rid of him."Georgia shuddered. "Don't even joke about that. I don't think I could handle seeing him again."Anna put a reassuring arm around her shoulders. "You don't have to worry about that. The alpha will make sure he's punished for what he did."Georgia nodded, seeming to relax a little. "I know. I just can't believe it's finally over."As they approached the mansion, Anna could see that the alpha was standing outside, waiting for them. He smiled as they approached."I'm glad to see you two are safe," he said. "I was worried sick about you."Anna smiled back at him. "We're fine, thanks to you," she said. The alpha nodded, his expression serious. "I'm j

The next morning, Anna woke up feeling uneasy. She couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. She looked over at Georgia, who was still fast asleep.Anna got out of bed and began to get ready for the day. She took a shower, got dressed, and brushed her hair. "You'll never take anything from me, James. I am the rightful ruler of this pack."James sneered. "You think you're worthy of ruling? You, who rejected your true mate and humiliated her in front of the entire pack?"Anna felt a surge of anger at James's words. How dare he bring up the alpha's past mistakes? The alpha's face darkened, and he took a step forward. "You have no right to speak of that, James. You, who have always been jealous of my position."James snarled, baring his teeth. "I'm not jealous of you, brother. I'm just tired of living in your shadow. And I'm going to take what's mine, no matter what it takes."The room fell silent, the only sound the heavy breathing of the two brothers. Anna could feel the tension bui
