Liam stood by the edge of the snow bridge, it was his favourite spot were he sought rest whenever he was in a melancholic state of mind.

As she approached him, just a few step away from him, a feeling of alacrity rushed over him prompting a bright welcoming smile.

"How did you know I was here?" He asked, surprisedly.

"The queen was worried. She sent me here"

"I was just fed up watching the pretense. Am sure am not the only one fooled by that quasi courtesy of hers"

"You let your anger ruin my first royal dinner, how are you going to make up for that?" Lia asked with a fake frown.

He brushed a stray wisp of her hair aside and looked into her eyes playfully.

"How about I kiss you, that would do the magic right?"

"I wouldn't know that. What if they execute me for making out with prince charming by the road side" He laughed briefly and stopped to gawk into her eyes.

"I'm really glad you are here with me" He leaned in to her kiss her, but stopped abruptly.
