The Triplet Alphas (Reynold's POV).

We finally got home, the sound of our hurried footsteps echoing against the silent halls. The night outside had been bitter, the air sharp enough to sting, and Natasha… she had grown so cold in our arms.

The light in her room was dim.

I held my breath as I lowered her gently on her bed, my fingers brushing over the softness of her hair for just a moment before I pulled away.

I wasn’t sure if I was afraid of disturbing her or of lingering too long, but either way, I forced my hands back to my sides.

Father wasn’t here.

That absence filled the room in a way I could feel in my bones. It wasn’t that I’d been suffocating before, but somehow, without his shadow looming, I could breathe differently and the air wasn’t so heavy.

I reached behind me and shut the door, the lock clicking in place with a sound that was far too satisfying.

My gaze swept to my brothers. Ronald’s jaw was tight, eyes fixed on her unmoving form. Robert sat beside her, still holding

Erica's POV.It wasn't like I didn’t understand what Jason said… if you ask me, I knew he was telling the truth. Every word, every warning, every glance he gave Ronald’s body spoke louder than anything else in that room. But then again, I wanted to see the pack’s doctor—not because I doubted Jason, but because something about her didn’t sit right with me.Something off.And now I knew why.She wasn’t just the pack’s doctor. There was something else behind those gloved hands and smooth white coat. Something deceptive hiding behind her polite tone and clinical confidence. I couldn’t place it at first, but I couldn’t kick the thought out of my head either. She was too calm. Too practiced.Too perfect.Pretty young for her age, gorgeous and disarmingly beautiful, with skin that looked too smooth to have ever seen the sun. Her hair tied back in a no-nonsense ponytail. Those lashes didn’t even need mascara.“You guys brought him right on time,” she said, pulling off her rubber gloves with a

The Triplet Alphas ( Reynold's POV). “What the hell is this?! What did you do?!” I thundered, facing Jason. Jason didn’t answer right away. That was my first warning sign. He usually had something ready, a smirk, a cocky retort, or some little jab meant to get under my skin. But now, his usual arrogance was gone. His eyes kept darting—not between us like a man calculating his next move—but to Ronald’s stomach, like he was trying to read a book written in blood and pain. His fingers flexed at his sides, opening and closing in confusion as he mused. And for the first time since I’d met him, Jason looked… scared. “Jason,” I called, taking a step toward him, my voice low but sharp enough to cut. “I asked you a question.” His gaze flicked to me, sharp and tense, then away again. “And I heard you.” His voice was different—lower, measured. He glanced back at Ronald, before his jaw tightened like he was bracing for something. “But this isn’t the time for pointing fingers.” He added

The Triplet Alphas ( Reynold’s POV).Ronald’s voice was shaking when he said it.“I was bitten… by a vampire.”The words didn’t even feel real at first. They hung in the air like smoke, slowly seeping into my mind until they burned like fire in my chest. Then he lifted his shirt, and the sight of it nearly knocked the breath out of me.The wound wasn’t just a bite—it was deep, jagged, and angry-looking, the skin around it burning red like it had been seared by molten iron. Blood still oozed in sluggish streams, thick and dark, as if the wound itself was alive and refusing to heal. The smell hit me—iron, salt, and that faint, rotten sweetness that only came from vampire venom.“Why didn’t you say anything?” Robert’s voice broke as he crouched in front of Ronald, his hands trembling while he tried to tug his brother’s shirt back down to cover the horror underneath it. He looked like he couldn’t stand to see it any longer.I couldn’t either. My fists clenched as I muttered through my tee

  • THE OMEGA'S RETURN: Her Second Life Under The Moonlight.   Chapter Fifty.

The Triplet Alphas (Reynold's POV)The world had gone silent after they vanished. No sound of her voice, no rustle of her hair in the wind, no heartbeat in the air.Just that cold emptiness in the bond.I stood frozen for a second too long, staring at the spot where they’d disappeared, my lungs burning like I’d swallowed fire. My wolf was clawing inside me, howling to go after her, but the forest was still, hiding every trace of their passage.Footsteps crunched behind me. Father appeared out of the darkness, his chest rising evenly despite the fight. His eyes went straight to mine, reading every flicker of fear I couldn’t hide.“Where?” he asked.“They went north,” I said as I sighed, already moving.Robert appeared seconds later, his shirt torn at the shoulder, blood trickling down at one corner of his lip. “I lost one in the river, but—” then his gaze scanned the trees. “Where is she?”“Taken,” I said, and even to me, the word sounded wrong, like it didn’t belong to this night, to

The Triplet Alphas (Reynold's POV).Father’s voice didn’t rise. It didn’t need to.“You lied to me.” He said again. The way he said it… it wasn’t anger. It was something worse. Disappointment. And in our world, that was heavier than any rage.Ronald straightened beside me, crossing his arms in that way he always did when he didn’t want anyone to see he was nervous. Robert stayed still, but his jaw flexed. I knew exactly what was going through his head—how far we could push Father before he became a threat to her.I tried to sound steady, even though the bond inside me was pulling tight, pointing east. “Where is she?”He looked right at me, his gaze sharp and unreadable. “Close. But not close enough for you to get there first.”The night around us felt too quiet. Just the whisper of wind through bare branches, and somewhere far off, water running over stone.Robert’s tone was careful but edged. “She’s our mate. You think we’d let harm come to her?”Father’s head tilted slightly, as if
