AUDREY POV

While sitting in the living room my hand moved through my social media feed without any real focus. A loud voice suddenly filled the air from outside my home. Audrey, what made you decide to do such a thing? How could you?" Bryan's voice boomed through the hallway as he shouted.

I stood shocked and bewildered as my facial expression revealed my confusion. Who was he talking to? My eyes remained locked on the entrance as Bryan burst into the room. His face showed angry redness while his eyes burned with intense rage.

"What's wrong?" I posed my question to him while making an effort to maintain my calm voice.

"Oh, you ask me that now, right?" Bryan retorted, his tone dripping with sarcasm. Bryan extracted a letter from his pocket and displayed it by waving it above his head. Your actions have made it impossible to sell the company! he shouted.
