It was a full moon and the sky was beautiful. Homes were finally filled with laughter, music and joyful conversations but underneath it all was the steady beat of something new, something totally different from all that they had known in the last few years.

It was Peace.

Lyon stood at the edge of the cliff where his first prophecy call had risen in his blood. The air smelt of a new life. It was strange, standing here without the pressure of ancient forces bearing down on him. But tonight as he stood there were no prophecies, no curses, no gods commanding his every move. Just their new promised healed werewolf kingdom.

He closed his eyes and allowed himself to enjoy the calm.

A voice interrupted the quiet.

“You’re doing it again.”

“What's that?” He asked as he smiled.

“Returning to the place of your rebirth,” she said.

“Is that how you always know where to find me?” Lyon asked.

“Let's just say it's never easy to stay away from where you were reborn.”

The people had carried on with their daily activities like nothing happened. All the packs were beginning to return to their locations and pack territories. The ones that had lost their Alpha in the course of the battles were free to choose their new Alpha.But still with everything falling in place, Lyon still felt like there was something else. He didn't know why he was having the thought. Life has returned to normal and the prophecy has finally been fulfilled so he didn't see any need for him to be worried anymore.     The kingdom was at peace once again and every pack had begun to rebuild with the help of their respective Alphas. Lyon had addressed the people the day before and he had left them all to begin to rebuild their packs.
