Seeing Alpha Samson the next morning at the breakfast table and pretending everything was completely okay was the most difficult, exhausting act I had ever pulled through in my entire life.
I sat across from him in my sheer silk robe, forcing my face into a warm, dutiful smile while my stomach churned with pure disgust. Looking at his handsome, stone-cold face, all I could hear was his voice echoing from yesterday's courtyard, promising Aisha that he would run a secret DNA test, ruin me publicly, and throw my body to the dogs.
"The baby is growing, Samson," I purred softly, resting both of my hands over my showing pregnancy belly, stroking the distinct bulge under my gown. "You can almost feel the heartbeat now."
Samson paused, lowering his cup of black coffee. He looked at my stomach for a brief second, and a tight, fake smile crossed his lips. "That's good, Mabel. Eat well."
I leaned forward over the table, tilting my chin up, closing my eyes as I tried to kiss him on the lips to test his reaction.
Without missing a beat, Samson smoothly dodged the kiss, turning his head so my lips only brushed his cold cheek. He reached for a linen napkin, wiping his mouth as if my touch repulsed him.
A sharp, familiar sting cut through my chest, but I forced myself to laugh it off, sitting back in my chair as if nothing had happened. Keep playing the fool, Samson, I thought, my eyes narrowing behind my smile. Enjoy your little dodging game while your heart is still beating.
We talked for about thirty minutes over breakfast, mostly about the political storm brewing across the borders and Alpha Damian’s sudden disappearance.
"The elders are getting restless," Samson said, his eyebrows furrowing as he scanned a parchment. "It's been weeks since anyone saw Damian. His generals claim he's inspecting border posts, but no one leaves their main pack house unannounced for this long."
"An Alpha cannot just run out of his pack, Samson," I replied thoughtfully, swirling my tea. "Damian hasn't vanished into thin air. He could just be staying at another mansion. Men like him always have secret retreats when they want to hide from the world."
Samson gave a short, uninterested nod, but inside my mind, that realization hit real correct.
Alphas had many mansions.
The moment the thought fully settled in my brain, a memory from months ago flashed brightly. I knew about the private, luxury mansion Damian owned by the riverside—a secluded, heavily fortified estate hidden deep in the pine forests along the eastern river. In fact, months ago, when Damian and I were secretly plotting against Samson, Damian had explicitly told me about that place. He had smirked and promised that once I helped him kill Samson, he would take me to that riverside mansion and have wild, filthy sex with me for three days straight.
I knew, with absolute certainty, that Damian must be there right now.
He was hiding away, nursing his wounded pride, trying to drown out the mental image of his wife getting fucked against a washroom wall by his arch-rival.
I will go there, I decided, a ruthless plan forming in my mind as I watched Samson finish his meal. Now that the two of us were in the exact same mess with our unfaithful spouses—now that both of our hearts had been shredded by Aisha and Samson’s disgusting affair—we could join forces. We could plan together to end their lives once and for all.
In the middle of the day, while Samson was occupied in war council meetings with his commanders, I slipped out of the Blue Wing estate. I drove my private sports car down the winding forest roads toward the eastern river.
After an hour of driving through dense trees, the iron gates of the grand riverside mansion appeared through the mist.
I parked the car in the gravel driveway and stepped out, smoothing down my fitted black dress. As I walked up the wide marble steps toward the front double doors, I froze in complete disbelief at the scene unfolding before my eyes.
There were naked girls walking around everywhere in the mansion.
Gorgeous, stunning, completely naked girls were casually lounging in the courtyard, leaning against the marble pillars, and walking across the halls. They didn't even care about the armed guards standing at the doors or any visitor walking in—they were completely nude, their bare breasts and round hips fully exposed to the open air, laughing and sipping wine as if this were a private paradise.
I stopped a tall, voluptuous brunette who was walking past the grand foyer with a crystal glass in her hand, her bare skin glistening with scented oil.
"I want to see Alpha Damian," I said firmly, keeping my voice cold and commanding.
The naked girl stopped, looking me up and down with a lazy, amused smile. She took a slow sip of her drink and giggled softly.
"He is fucking my friend right now," she said casually, her tone shockingly rude. "He'll come out when he climaxed."
I clenched my fists at my sides, fighting the urge to slap the smirk off her bare face. It was insolent, but as I looked around the chaotic, hedonistic mansion, I realized this was simply Damian’s destructive way of healing from the massive heartbreak Aisha had given him. He was drowning himself in liquor, flesh, and mindless pleasure to erase the image of his wife's betrayal.
Without waiting for permission, I marched past the guard, pushed open the massive mahogany doors leading into the master suite, and stepped inside.
The air in the bedroom was thick with the heavy scent of sex, expensive wine, and sweet incense. There was the giant Alpha laying on his massive bed, propped up against silk pillows, casually reading a leather-bound magazine. About three completely nude girls were on the bed with him—one massaging his thigh, another feeding him dark grapes, and a third resting her head near his waist.
Damian slowly lowered the magazine, his dark, bloodshot eyes fixing onto me. He looked wild, unkempt, and lethal, his broad chest bare and covered in faint scratch marks.
"Out," I ordered, turning my sharp gaze toward the three naked women. "All of you, get the hell out right now."
The girls looked at Damian for permission. He gave a brief, lazy flick of his wrist, and they scrambled off the bed, gathering their robes and slipping silently out of the room, shutting the heavy doors behind them.
I stepped closer to the foot of the bed, holding my head high. "I came here because we have a common enemy, Damian. Samson and Aisha have made fools out of both of us. It's time to put an end to it."
Damian set the magazine aside, swinging his massive, muscular legs over the edge of the bed. He stood up, towering over me like a dark shadow, his aura heavy and dangerous.
"I don't want to kill Aisha," Damian roared, his deep voice vibrating through the walls like thunder. "I love her! I want Samson dead, and I will kill that bastard myself with my bare hands!"
"Are you insane?!" I snapped back, my patience snapping. "She betrayed you, Damian! She gave her body to him again! I want Aisha dead! She deserves to die for what she's done to us—"
Before I could even finish my sentence, Damian moved with terrifying, unnatural wolf speed.
His large, calloused hand shot out and clamped tightly around my neck, slamming me backward against the wooden wardrobe. He lifted me slightly off my feet, his grip so strong my airway instantly pinched shut. His eyes flared a terrifying, fiery red as he leaned in until his face was inches from mine.
"DO NOT TOUCH AISHA," Damian growled savagely into my face, his fingers tightening just enough to make my lungs burn for air. "If you lay a single finger on my wife, Mabel, I will rip your throat out and feed your corpse to the river fish. Do you understand me?"
I gasped for air, my hands frantically grabbing at his massive wrist, nodding my head in pure terror.
Satisfied with the fear in my eyes, Damian shoved me away, letting me drop onto the floor. I collapsed on my knees, clutching my throat, coughing violently as air rushed back into my chest. Damian turned his back on me, walking back toward the bottle of wine on his nightstand without giving me another glance.
Sitting there on the cold wooden floor, staring at Damian's broad, indifferent back, a sickening, suffocating realization hit me.
At this point, I was completely lost.
Every single man in this realm loved this wretched white wolf girl. Samson was ready to destroy his own pack and reputation just to have her wet in his arms, and Damian was still ready to strangle anyone who dared threaten her life, even after catching her in the act of cheating. Loving Aisha was a sickness that infected every Alpha who touched her.
Killing Aisha while Damian was alive meant Damian would hunt me down and kill me without hesitation. Leaving Samson alive meant Samson would execute me after I gave birth. And letting Aisha live meant I would forever remain a humiliated, pathetic loser in this story.
My eyes hardened into two sharp, lifeless stones as I slowly pushed myself up from the floor, smoothing down my dress over my belly.
If I must kill Aisha, I swore silently in the dark depths of my soul, then I will also plan to kill Damian and Samson as well.
All three of them had to die. Every single one of them—the two Alphas who treated me like dirt and the whore who ruined my life—had to be wiped off the face of this earth. And this I must do, no matter how much blood it took to wash this world clean.
AISHAFor the past few days, I began to avoid Damian completely.I stayed in my room, ate my meals alone, and walked silently through the wide hallways of the Black Star pack house like a ghost. But what broke my heart even more was that he didn't seem to be bothered about it one bit. Damian acted as if I didn't even exist. He was constantly on his communication stone, speaking in low, secretive tones, or huddled in his private study with his military captains, discussing troop movements and border attacks. The warm, protective husband who used to hold me close every night had vanished, replaced by a cold, calculating leader whose mind was fixed entirely on war and revenge. Then, unexpectedly, Alpha Samson came to our house.I was sitting in the grand living room when the double doors swung open, and Samson stepped inside. He looked tall, imposing, and regal as ever, but his dark eyes carried a heavy shadow of exhaustion. My heart immediately began to race against my ribs. Seeing him
AISHADamian wanted a child. He had looked at that baby in his broad arms with a strange, deep softness in his eyes that I hadn't seen in months. And here I was, my mind completely twisted, still foolishly thinking of having a baby with Samson.I paced back and forth across the rug in my bedroom, my mind spinning into a dark, chaotic storm. If Samson is not the father of Mabel's baby, who then is?Mabel had stood right in front of the entire High Council and declared that Samson was impotent. If Samson was shooting blanks, then who had bred her. But why was Mabel acting so confident? Why did she walk into my house this morning with her head held so high, laughing and chatting with Damian like they were old friends? And then another terrifying, humiliating thought hit me like a physical blow to the stomach.I have not ever gotten pregnant myself. For years, Damian and I had made love without any protection, and nothing had happened. For three solid months, Samson had pounded my wet hol
AISHAThat night went by, and we slept like two total enemies sharing the same bed.Every single time my body accidentally brushed against his under the heavy sheets, Damian shifted away instantly, moving closer to the very edge of the mattress. I tried pulling closer to him, desperate to feel his warmth and bridge the painful distance between us, but he kept silently pushing me away, erecting an invisible wall of ice between us that hurt worse than any slap.Early in the morning, a sudden knock on the main door echoed through the pack house. When I went down to see who it was, I stood in absolute disbelief. It was Mabel. She had walked straight into our home, holding her baby, claiming she came to thank Damian personally for attending her presentation ceremony yesterday. It was completely uncalled for, an audacious move meant to provoke me, but I forced myself to maintain my composure.I invited her into the sitting room and quietly prepared a tray of tea. As I poured a steaming cup f
AISHAEverywhere went even more quiet.I had fully expected a sudden burst of screaming, loud murmurs, and frantic chaos to erupt across the courtyard, but no. The heavy silence that followed Mabel’s loud confession was thick, suffocating, and terrifyingly cold. The people of Blue Wing were not celebrating; they were deeply, profoundly sad to hear such a devastating humiliation leveled against their mighty Alpha. For ten long seconds, nobody even dared to breathe. Samson stood completely frozen on the high stone dais, his face locked in a hard, marble mask, his dark eyes fixed onto Mabel with a murderous intensity that made the surrounding air feel freezing cold. Then, the sudden dam broke."LIAR!" a senior Beta warrior roared from the front row, drawing his iron blade from his sheath."BLASPHEMY!" another noble elder screamed, pointing a trembling finger at Mabel. "She is lying to save her own skin! She is a disgraced whore trying to bring down our Alpha!"The massive crowd exploded
AISHAJust maybe... I didn't care anymore.I was born a lowly Omega. In a world ruled by brutal Alphas and proud Betas, a female Omega was meant to be nothing, a servant, a shadow, someone who scrubbed floors and bowed her head in the dirt. But somehow, through pure grit and desire, I had risen to become a Luna. I had tasted true, explosive, bone-deep love with Samson, and I loved him far too much to care about my own reputation now.Standing in front of my bedroom mirror, looking at the sharp photographs of my body laid out by the pool scattered across the mattress, a strange, eerie calmness washed over my soul.If this was the end, so be it. But as I thought about Damian showing those picture stones to the entire High Council, a sharp, suffocating pain twisted deep in my chest. I could easily endure the public humiliate and the spitting crowd for myself—after all, I was used to being looked down upon as a commoner. But I could not bear to watch this humiliation ruin my dear Samson.
AISHAWhere is my husband, Damian? That single question had burned in my brain all night, keeping me awake while the cool night breeze rattled the bedroom windows. After Samson sped off toward Blue Wing to deliver the final blow to Mabel, the eerie silence of the empty mansion had become completely unbearable.I couldn't just sit in my room wringing my hands like a terrified child. I needed answers, and I needed them immediately.I threw on a silk robe, tied it tightly around my waist, and walked out into the grand hallway. My voice rang out like thunder through the empty corridors as I called every single security detail to the main courtyard."All guards to the grand hall! Right now!" I shouted, my Luna authority vibrating in the air.Within five minutes, twelve heavy-built Black Star guards stood in a crisp, rigid line before me, their heads bowed, their eyes fixed firmly on the marble floor. I paced back and forth in front of them, my hands folded behind my back, letting my icy ga
