Grayham’s POV

I’m getting used to the morning walks I take around the neighborhood lately. It’s half past 6 am and I have been walking for about thirty minutes.

Realizing that I had an extra thirty minutes to myself before I head back to the café and get set for the day, I decided to walk into the cemetery since I was walking towards its entrance.

Months ago, it’ll take a legion of warriors to get me inside a place like this but here I was, gliding into the cemetery on my own in this early hour of the day.

I traced my way inside and took a turn to the right then I walked straight to the latest tomb. I was standing in front of Alex’s tomb. I took off my hoodie after heaving a sigh.

The flowers were withered and if I had planned on showing up, I would have plucked some roses from Mrs. Hadley’s garden and brought them here.

I stationed my hands behind me and looked at the tomb in front of me. Alex’s full name and initials were slapped on the tomb and the phrase ‘Loving father’ ran beneat

  • THE SWITCH: 100 DAYS OF ME AND YOU    CUM LOAD

Grayham’s POVHis hands travelled inside my shirt and were soon moving across each part of my chest, drawing soft moans from me. I threw my head backward and allowed the sensation to run all over my body while I relished the pleasure. No one has ever touched me this way. Absolutely no one. He coiled both my nipples repeatedly and I wanted to die from pleasure.Miles and I were making out in one of the rooms on the second floor. Now, how did we get here?Miles joined us to serve some drinks at the counter and by the time the customers receded at noon, Max left to grab some stuff at home. Since there was no one in the cafe and Glinda was still having her beauty sleep on the third floor, I suggested that we go check out the guest room on the second floor.I thought that since Kaden home provides shelter, why don’t we make the few rooms on the second floor like some form of hotel? To test this theory, I had one of the rooms repainted, tiled, and furnished. We placed a bed, some furniture

  • THE SWITCH: 100 DAYS OF ME AND YOU    BRINGING THE BOX HOME.

Grayham’s POV“This way,” I said and led Glinda into the mansion. We arrived at 7 a.m. sharp, just as planned. As we walked toward the dining room, I watched her eyes scan the room with a wave of excitement plastered across her face. This morning, we will be having breakfast with Miles and my grandfather. Now that my grandfather is aware of the switch situation he requested we have breakfast with Glinda and when she learned about it, she couldn’t be more pleased. The butler led us to the dining room and we sat facing Miles and my grandpa. While the servants were fixing our plates and utensils, nobody said a word until they were done and had vanished. My grandfather cleared his throat loudly and then reached for the coffee pot. “Do tell me, Glinda. How does it feel to be in this situation? Unlike me who just figured out, you’ve always known that your nephew was trapped. How does it feel because I barely slept last night,”I sighed, threw my hand on the table, and clasped my grandpa’s h

  • THE SWITCH: 100 DAYS OF ME AND YOU    MANNERISMS

Grayham’s POVMy grandfather’s words struck me like lightning but I didn’t react because I didn’t want to attach more meaning to what he had just blurted. He darted his gaze from Miles to me and then sighed heavily. “You guys are still going to act like you don’t know what I’m talking about even though I’ve just stated the obvious,”Miles turned to me and I sighed. Then I swung my head from left to right. It was impossible. There was no way he realized.“Sit!” My grandpa said and went to climb his bed.Miles and I shared another intense look before occupying the twin couch. I finally turned to my Granpa and I hope this pretense he was talking about was related to our so-called feelings, the ones Glinda bugged me about. My grandpa looked Miles straight in the face. “When you woke up from that coma and started acting strange, I thought it was because a portion of your brain was probably wiped out. When you turned down caviar for the first time, I thought it was due to the coma. I believ

  • THE SWITCH: 100 DAYS OF ME AND YOU    CORN BREAD

Grayham’s POVThe car pulled up before the café, and I immediately got out. Before leaving to check up on Miles at the hospital that afternoon, I left the cafe in Max's hands.Max has been quite helpful and he’ll return to school in a couple of days. At least, it’s a few days to the final ritual and if we both get back our bodies, Mikes will get to run the cafe effortlessly while I return to my company.I stepped into the café and was greeted by the smell of corn bread lingering in the air. I sniffed and then turned to Max who was collecting payments behind the counter. He didn’t even notice me.The smell was coming from the kitchen. I inhaled this scent before when she showed up and started cooking homemade meals. Does that mean that she’s here?Suddenly, she stepped out with an apron tied around her. I smiled and dashed toward her.“Glinda,” I immersed her in a hug.She patted my back. “Hello, Miles,” then she lowered the pitch of her voice. “Or should I say Grayham?”I chuckled and

  • THE SWITCH: 100 DAYS OF ME AND YOU    IT’s NOT YET OVER.

Grayham’s POV“It’s open,” I told Max immediately after pushing the door inside. I entered and he followed closely behind. I slowly closed the door and then turned to him.Max who was supposed to accompany me in my little exercise of snooping around had his entire gaze fixated on the wall. We waited for Candence to leave the room before we entered.Meanwhile, I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that she stepped out yet Max and I didn’t catch a glimpse of her or where she went.Max turned to me with his lashes flickering in amazement. “Did she always have those pieces in her bag or did she draw them when she got here?”I sighed, went to the table, and started pulling out the cabinets. I had no idea what I was looking for but I just needed clues on where to find Miles. I had a deep conviction that he was here the night he disappeared.Max walked to the end of the room and knelt. Then he turned to me. “You should come check this out,”I sauntered toward him and was about to

  • THE SWITCH: 100 DAYS OF ME AND YOU    THE WATCH

Grayham’s POV“I knew it!” Max yelled and fist bumped the air.I sighed and went closer to him. “It’s not about what you think or what is real. Right now, we need to do something. That girl is a walking time tomb,”I had just told him about my entire conversation with Elis, Candence’s mom.Max turned to me. “I thought she never lied to you,”Wait, Candence never lied to Miles? They must be close, and no wonder she’s obsessed with him.“Well, she just did. She lied about the exhibition in Tokyo and also broke out of the asylum,” I replied, ensuring my voice's pitch was very low. “She didn’t tell me her ailment got worse,”We were both standing behind the counter.Max sighed and held my hand. “Come with me,” he pulled me away from the counter and started dragging me toward the staircase.“What are you doing?” I tried to free my hand from his clutch but Max won’t stop pulling me.We reached the top of the staircase then he turned to me. “You’re going to confront her. As a friend, it’s yo
