Aria POV

The world was dark. I scanned the environment around me and realized I wasn't anywhere close to the pack.

Where is this place?

What am I doing here?

Quickly, I sprang up to her feet and turned her gaze to the large river, whose tide was absolutely unmerciful, causing her to wonder how its turbulence didn’t swallow her up.

I turned around once more and noticed the dry lands filled with tall trees and abundance of sand, make nature the pure definition of beauty.

I had taken in my environment, but I felt something odd missing within her spirit.

Something wasn’t just right about this entire place. There so many questions I wished I had answers to and one of them, included how I woke up by the riverside, in an unknown island.

Swiftly, I got out of the water and dried myself up. Her memory was certainly blank and the more I tried to recall what happened to her, the more I felt a huge migraine within.
