Serena wiped her tears before she boarded the car that would take them to the city, and to the airport.

"Take care of my princess, Liam. I'm entrusting her to you." Don Rafael told Liam.

"That, I can promise, sir." Liam confidently responded.

Serena waves goodbye at her father as the car drives away. And once they finally left the estate, she started crying.

"It's not too late for you to change your mind, Serena." Liam tenderly tells her.

"This is how everything should happen, Liam..." Serena answered back, while looking determined.

"How long are you going to fool yourself?" Liam asked again.

"This is what I want! How many times do I have to tell you that?" Serena tries to convince her boyfriend.

"If one day you changes your mind, Serena, you don't have to worry about me anymore. All I want is for you to be happy." Liam gently reminded her.

Serena didn't say anything else, as she continues to cry silently...
