Ella:
Today’s huddle was music to my ears. Jen was furious at Joe and she made sure to publicly humiliate him saying, “I thought you were such a promising candidate for the managerial position but by losing such a vital account I doubt if you even belong h
Ella:There he was wearing a blue striped William Eastmancott bespoke suit sitting in his cushy chair drinking fine scotch on the rocks gloating...gloating at how helpless and desperate I was for his business account.
Ella:I marched out of his office, barely acknowledging Vanessa who had one of her ears plastered to the wall. Hurrying across the hallway, with a hundred emotions running through my head, I slumped on one of the benches. What the hell just happened in there? Was there something which was meant to be between us?Business managers and directors negotiate and play dirty politics to get a better deal all the time in our jobs. Why was I so angry with him all the time? Perhaps because he had it all...fame...money and women at his feet and I did not want to be one of them. Well, enough figured out for today! Ella:After a hard night of much-required revelry, I open my eyes reluctantly, still hungover. Looks like Helen was still snoozing. I quickly have my breakfast, leave some waffles, cream, and fruits for Helen to return back to my room, locking the door, just in case. To humor myself some more and a bit out of curiosity, I open the contract continuing where I left off...PROPERTY:1.
