Caleb Ross

“WHAT’S WRONG DUSK?” I agitatedly asked as soon as I heard her trembling voice. I was holding my cellphone tight, waiting for her response.

She sobbed before answering me. “He did it again, Dawn! He bullied me again.”

I clenched my teeth as I stood up from the chair. “Then why the hell didn’t you fight back?! That’s the reason why he keeps on doing it to you!”

“I can’t! I don’t want to make a big deal out of it.” She whimpered.

“This IS a big deal twin!” I snapped. The people inside the café looked at me. I apologized by bowing my head at them. I tried my very best to lower my voice down. “This will go on and on unless you defend yourself.”

“I sometimes wish that I had your courage to fight back.”

My heart was crippled every time I hear her muffled sobs. “What the heck did he do this time?”

“He sent flowers here and requested to place a bouquet inside my room. Everyone here is aware that I am allergic to it.”

“Damn maggot!” I quicky went to the counter and checked our medicine kit. “Did you already take a pill for that?”

“Yes. My manager always brings one in case something like this happen.”

“That dumb shit guy won’t stop until he kicks you out of the movie! What a crappy person!”

“Calm down, Dawn.”

“Hah! Calm down?” I sarcastically laughed and instantly became serious. “Where are you now?” It felt like my head was about to explode from anger. I cannot allow anyone to do this dangerous stunt to my sister. Never!

“In the bathroom.”

“Where?” I ran out of the store and went inside my car.

“In Nuvali.”

I started my car and drove out of the driveway. It’s a forty-minute drive from here but I can make it shorter. “Send me the address now.”

“W-what? Why?”

“Now Dusk!” I hissed.

I heard her sniveled before receiving a text message.

“Just wait there and I’ll kick his ass for you!”

“N---”

I immediately ended the call. For sure, my twin will never allow this to happen, but hell! That Caleb Ross just crossed the line. I’ll definitely make sure that he won’t ever forget my face. I’ll become his worst nightmare.

I PARKED THE car in front of a very luxurious house in Nuvali. There were several cars stationed inside the spacious garage and a lot of people were busy carrying stuff used for taping. I checked the address that Dusk sent me just to make sure I'm in the right place.

Yep. I'm in the right house. Is the character that wealthy?

Since I didn't want to embarrass Dusk, I popped my lips with my favorite lipstick and shimmered my eyelids with the highlighter powder I saw inside my purse. I also wore the heels that my twin left inside the car for 'emergency' purposes just like this. My wrinkled long sleeve shirt caught my attention so I decided to tuck the front part of it inside the black mini skirt I was wearing.

I took a deep breath before getting out of the car. Not because I'm nervous, but because I'm furious at the person who made my twinning cry! I had to calm myself to avoid sneering at the people I will meet inside.

I waltz in and their staff kept bowing at me. I walked towards the room where most people gathered and it looked like they were filming a scene with artists that I'm unfamiliar of.

Dusk is not here.

I first thought of looking for my sister, but she might get in the way once I tell her about my intention. I chose to look for my target so I can kick his balls back to its place and head home.

"Where's Caleb?" I asked the girl standing beside me.

She looked at me surprised. "He's---"

"Where's Dusk?! Is she still sneezing? We have to shoot the next part!" A man shouted who seems to be the director of the movie.

"Here!" The girl grabbed my hand and raised it. My eyes widened as I aggressively shook my head.

"No!"

Another girl walked in to get me. She assessed me from head to toe with her mouth parted in consternation. "What are you wearing?! Where's the dress I---" She rolled her eyes. "Never mind. Let's get you out there. The director is pissed!" She pulled me but I tried to stop her.

"Wait, wait! You got the wrong---"

"Come on!" She pulled me even harder. I had no choice but to follow.

“This is a mistake!”

"Dusk! Chop-chop!" The director yelled.

My body stiffened as I stood in front of them. Completely clueless of what's going to happen.

"I know you're not feeling okay, but we have to proceed. Within two hours we have to leave. Another film folk are going to use this place." The director explained. "Ready?"

Fudge!

My head stiffly nodded even though what I really wanted to do was to oppose and explain what's happening.

"Is something wrong?"

My eyes shifted to the person who spoke in a deep, strong masculine voice. Seeing this man instantly triggered me.

Hah! And you have the audacity to ask what's wrong?!

I glared at him as I clenched my hand into a fist. This was the worst-case scenario that I could ever think of. No, scratch that. I never even imagine that this will happen. Now how can I confront him in this situation?

"In three, two, one… action!"

"Dance for me." Caleb demanded while sitting comfortably on his leather black chair. He was brushing his finger on his lips while staring at me with his dull green eyes. "Amuse me kitten." He added that provoked me even more.

I gritted my teeth as my blood started to rise. I threw him a dagger look before turning my back on him. My jerk alarm was ringing loudly inside my head and I know for a fact that I had to leave before I punch his freaking face.

I shouldn't get involved in my twin's work. Maybe I should have said it sooner. I was about to step out when he spoke again.

"Hmm… pity. Afraid you won't charm me?" He mockingly asked that made me lose my patience.

I jerked my head at him as I squinted my eyes. "What did you just say?"

I heard him, yes. It was clear as day. I just wanted to see his face while saying those words.

"You're afraid that you won't be able to fulfill my desire, kitten. Isn't that right?"

I scoffed as I faced him. I crossed my arms and gave him a smug smile. "Wanna bet?"

He smirked as he leaned even more on his single seat and placed both of his arms on the armrest. It's definitely a sign that he was challenging me.

"You asked for this."

I took out my phone from the back pocket of my skirt and played 'Buttons' of Pussycat Dolls in max volume. My facial expression instantly changed as the music started to play. I walked slowly and seductively towards him and placed my phone on the table.

Don't get me wrong. I never did this in my entire life. Well… just now. I wanted to show this bastard that I'm not backing down and that I'm not afraid of his pity play. Yeah, maybe for them we were just acting, but for me it's personal. I'm not an actress anyway.
