I barged into Miss Pendleton's office, my fist clenched in anger and my face stoic and unsmiling.

Her back was turned against me as she stood before the window at the back of her desk.

Staring outside the bustling surroundings of the school, she sipped from the green mug she was holding in her hands.

"What is this I hear about Nyx? She was abducted right under your nose and there's nothing you are doing to see to her return?" I asked in rage, trying my best to keep myself together and not cause a ruckus.
