Chapter 12

''I just can't believe he did that." Said the other employees.

I heard them keep whispering a lot of things. All of them are now slowly disappearing in the meeting room when we announce that the meeting is already done.

Mr. Woods look so done behind me. I glanced at him and I don't know how to describe his reaction.

"How was it?" I ask and he did not reply.

He looks worrying about something. I don't know what he is thinking.

"What's wrong? You did great today." I uttered and he just brushed his hair using his finger.

" They still look disappointed on me. They look like I did something wrong." He uttered with so much frustration on his face.

"No, you are trying and if they find it not enough then the problem isn't from you anymore." I said so that he can stop thinking already.

He stared at me. He did not move.  

"Is that the thing that is making you anxious right now?" I ask.
