Raul walked out of his room gaitfuly with Roland following behind him, both not talking, not interested in doing so either, despite their simmering anger rolling over them in waves.

They didn’t want the people around them to know what was happening. It was not okay to spread unnecessary panic to the people.

They walked gingerly till they got to Raul’s personal office, and once the door shut, Raul turned to Roland and barked.

“Stop questioning my authority or you lose your beta-ship.” Before heading to his seat, and dumping himself on it.

Roland ran his hands over his face. He couldn’t believe this. He needed Nick in on this. Their Alpha was about to make the costliest mistake of his life.
