THE BLOODLINE BREAKER

The silence that followed Sierra’s words stretched into something brittle and sharp.

Liana's breath caught. "End... the bloodline?"

Sierra nodded. "The bloodline of the First Wolves. The cursed kings. The gods who chained you to fate. You weren't born to serve their legacy, Liana. You were born to destroy it."

Kael moved instinctively, stepping in front of Liana, shielding her as if from the truth itself. "You said she was Luna-touched. That she carried divine light."

"She does," Sierra said softly. "But Luna didn't bless her to become queen. She blessed her to become a cleansing fire."

Liana's legs gave out.

"You were meant to free us," Sierra said. "And freedom never comes without blood."
