Chapter fifty-three

ISABELLA'S POV

After hours of locking myself up in my room afraid of facing Alessandro again, I got tired and was ready to damn whatever will happen and I finally stepped out of my room.

Dominique wasn't still back and Mattia happened to have retired to his room.

I stood for a few seconds before Alessandro's door wondering if I should go in or not.

Each time I stuck out a finger to knock I see his angry face glaring at me and my hand will automatically shrivel.

"Get out!!!" His voice kept re-echoing in my head. No, I can't go in there.

I went to Mattia instead.

"Errm, could you check up on him…I mean your boss?"

He tilted his head and looked at me suspiciously. "Why? I think you are the only person he would like to see now…" he smirked.
