WRITER'S POV

"Tip the police about the organisation and meet me through the secret entrance if I don't call you in the next ten minutes."

That was the message Alessandro had sent to Mattia just before he stepped out of his car and headed towards the organisation.

He had thought, If he can't do it alone or get stuck while at it, then he must use the help of the authorities. He knew chief Giovanni ould surely have some of his products stored in the building.

The police barged in. One of Chief's men had refused to let them in in a bid to delay the entering until Chief's products had been hidden and gotten into a gun fight with the police. During the gun battle, Chief Giovanni was shot dead as he couldn't make it out through the secret entrance that Alessandro had blocked. Some of the police and his men were found dead too while others escaped.

A search warrant was placed on chief Giovanni and his business offices were searched, closed down and their documents seized.
