“I thought that was your locker…” Aiden's words couldn't make me feel better about what looked like a setup to meet with Kai. He pointed at some locker far away from mine, having a look of disappointment on his face as he was trying to explain himself in vain.

“What did you do to him?” I questioned angrily as I stared at the person whom I had just been head over heels for, just a couple of moments ago. “What did you do to Kai?”

That question had been burning in my head throughout the classes. I had been unable to understand why Kai suddenly loathed me like I was the reason for all of his pain.

I had screwed up big time by blatantly ignoring his calls and texts throughout the weekend and I was ready to own up to that. But then, he said something about me and Aiden doing something to him and that made me curious to learn what Aiden has done.
