"Really?"

"Really. Maybe what you saw could be a nightmare." I explained.

"But it felt real." She mumbled and kept the glass on the table. She quickly left the bed and headed towards the wardrobe. Opening it, she looked for the fresh towel in the piles of clothes.

"It is kept in the other wardrobe," I said. Closing the first wardrobe, she opened the second one and found a towel on top of the piles of clothes. She looked at me in amusement before asking.

"Where are my socks?"

"You don’t like wearing socks or shoes. Still, you have three socks in the collection, and all of them are in different shades of blue. It is kept in the first wardrobe in the left drawer." I said, and she checked it the same way. I had no idea whether she found her socks there or not; all I knew was that she threw the towel at my face.

I wiped my face and dried my hair. I could feel her eyes on me, but I didn’t look at her, scared that she might look away.
