Chapter 18

ANDREW'S POV

It was hard to try to get some sleep that night.

I wasn't entirely fazed out by Elena's soured mood. It didn't matter to me, it was her typical attitude that was driving me insane. All that was roving through my mind was the things Elena said to me. They plagued my mind keeping me up all night.

I lay thinking of nothing but what Gwen was doing. Was she sleeping all by herself or had our divorce given her a chance to live more freely and more wildly?

With Elena deep asleep in the room, occupying the big bed I was on the sofa in the living area of the villa house. It was hard to join her in bed even though she had given the liberal and slurry invitation but not when Gwen seized my mind.

It was harder than I could ever have imagined to get her off my mind and worse, Elena had added more fuel to the fire.
