Gwen's POV

A blue Mercedes Benz pulled over in the parking lot. I was not sure if it were Andrew because the car glasses were tinted black.

Jane was right; I should not have come here alone, I should have allowed her to accompany me but I could not leave Granny alone with the children.

My heart was racing faster than ever before, and I was already regretting my decision to come here. The fear of being rejected and not heard by Andrew again dwelled in my heart.

I was not allowed into the house, so I had no other choice but to wait outside.

I recognized the feminine figure that emerged from the car. I looked around to see if Andrew was with her, but she was alone.

She had a scowl on her face as she walked in confident strides towards me. Her fashion sense is exquisite and I sometimes wondered why Andrew dumped her in the first place.
