THIRTY B

Lacey's right hand held up her head while she waited patiently for their next teacher to walk into the classroom. With each passing second, she got bored. It was easy to just pick a side and listen to the endless chatter that the other students were bringing up. But she didn't feel like it. And neither did she feel like going to sit with the girls. She let out a puff of air and closed her eyes slowly. When she opened her eyes again, there was a junior student nervously looking at her. "Umm... are you Lacey? He said to go to the girl with the ponytail." She nodded. Wondering who this he who said could be. Half a dozen roses were dropped on her desk, roses she didn't notice the junior was holding.

Dennis. Who else would send roses. "Uhh... kid-"

"OMG!" And here come the girls surrounding her.

He cleared his throat, took out a folded piece of paper, unfolded it and read; "Since you won't listen to me. Maybe you would listen to him..."
