I looked around the Grass Lawn and my heart broke on what just happened at the beautiful nature in the middle of nowhere. It was gone— it was all gone. I couldn't even see any hint of green colour. It was all dull, black, ang gray. The aftermath was heartbreaking. The paradise was gone and Percy transformed it into hell. The trees turned into ashes, there was really nothing left. Even the facility, the first building, had obviously been damaged by Percy. We were in the middle of nowhere but ashes, swords with blood on the floor, and excess woods on the ground.

I swallowed deeply, thinking if I should check my own future, see if this was the day Zack told me I was going to kill tons of werewolves. Perhaps it was by accident, but I could still stop it. I squeezed my eyes closed and tried looking for my own future but damn it! I saw nothing but darkness.
