Chapter 7 Who Do You Think You Are?

Author: cici
Ashley began to sob when she saw the two men coming.

Then she said to them, "Please don't blame Valeria. She's in a bad mood, so it's okay. Dad, please talk to her. She won't go home because she thinks we're gross."

Ashley was wickedly wicked. She framed Valeria again.

Sure enough, Ronald was disappointed at Ashley's words. "Valeria, I didn't expect you were so narrow-minded. Since you don't want to go home, don't go back for life!"

Mason was angry as well when he saw the fingerprints on Ashley's face.

"How many times do I have to tell you, Valeria? I fell in love with Ashley first. She didn't do anything wrong. You can't do anything about it!"

This was the first time that they had met each other since Valeria found out about Ashley and Mason's affair. Valeria was hurt and resentful at Mason's earnest defense of Ashley.

After all, she and Mason had been together for four years, quite a long time.

At that time, Valeria took care of Mason day and night after his leg was badly hurt in a car accident, even though people around all thought he would become a cripple. She employed the best doctor, made nutritious meals for him and accompanied him in rehabilitation training every day during his recovery.

Now he was fully recovered but remembered nothing about Valeria's efforts. Instead, he betrayed her and hooked up with Ashley.

Mason was an ungrateful b*stard.

Their four-year relationship was in vain and Valeria felt sorry for herself.

She wanted to retort fiercely and indicated that she didn't care about him at all. But she was so angry that she could not say a word, only shivering.

What had happened in the lobby was seen by William, who just walked in. He noticed Valeria's pitiful expression as she fought back tears and felt sorry for her.

Then he looked at the bodyguard behind him expressionlessly and said, "I don't want to see those people appear here again!"

The bodyguard knew what to do and made a phone call immediately. After a while, the manager came in a hurry with several security guards.

He went straight to Mason and Ronald and told them, "You're making noises in the lobby, which has seriously affected our guests. So you're not welcome here. Please leave right now!"

"What? We're here for dinner, and we're all your VIP. How can you treat us like this?"

Mason was furious for it was the first time that he had been asked to leave in such a direct way.

"Wolf Hotel does not welcome the bad-mannered guests. And your VIP status has been canceled. Please leave here right now!" The manager replied resolutely.

After that, he pointed at Julie and asked, "How did she get in? How could you let this kind of person enter our hotel?"

Valeria felt a little relieved to see the manager being so mean to them.

She knew that Wolf Hotel was an extraordinary place in B City. Since the guests like Mason and Ronald were driven out, obviously she was not qualified to stay here either.

So she turned around and was about to leave, but soon she was stopped by the manager.

"Miss Brown, dinner in Moonlight Private Room is ready for you. Please come with me!"

Mason and Ronald were stunned for the manager's attitude.

Ashley couldn't stand it anymore and questioned, "She also made noise here just now. Why don't you drive her out?"

"Why is that? Because she's the one our boss asked us to take care of," the manager looked at Ashley with disdain. "Who do you think you are? How dare you question our boss's decision?"

The boss? Mason and Ronald looked at each other speechlessly, wondering why the boss of Wolf Hotel targeted against them while they had never offended him before. For a long time, they had only heard about him but never met each other.

And how did Valeria know him?

They could not figure it out, and finally left with Julie and Ashley in disgrace.

When they walked to the gate, they heard the Manager giving orders to the security guards.

"We only receive the decent men and our boss has ordered that they are no longer allowed to come here. Copy that?"

Mason was so incensed when he heard what the manager had said. However, he could do nothing about it.

Because the boss of Wolf Group was the one they could not afford to offend.

Ashley had not expected such a change either. What made such a big shot help Valeria?

The manager said they had prepared dinner in Moonlight Private Room. Although she had never been there, she knew it was the most expensive and luxurious private room in Wolf Hotel.

"Valeria, the little b*tch, was so lucky," Ashley thought.

  • That Stranger Lying Beside Me   Chapter 1748 The End

On the day of Azalea's recovery, she was escorted out of the hospital by two police officers to wait for her sentence. She was wearing shackles and handcuffs as she walked through the parking lot. She saw Michael with Abbie, who was holding Emma in her arms. Michael was holding Abbie's waist, ready to get into their car. Seeing that Michael had recovered, Azalea was extremely perplexed. She had learned from the police that Leonard's man had tried to kill her to silence her and knew that Leonard was using her, so she did not regret her vicious behavior. Azalea stared at the child in Abbie's arms and Michael as she started to have vicious thoughts. If the one who got injured that day was Abbie, and if Abbie died, everything would be different now, wouldn't it? Michael would be living a life worse than death. His child would not have a mother anymore, and no one could have what she couldn't. She would be satisfied. However, all of this was just her imaginatio

After Leonard's matter was settled, Richard returned to the Clark family. Abbie wasn't asleep yet and was sitting alone in the living room in a daze. Richard walked to her and sat down. Then, he reached out and patted her on the shoulder. "Why aren't you asleep yet?" "I can't sleep. Richard, he... he will be fine, won't he?" "Don't think too much. He will be fine." "I don't want anything to happen to him... Richard, I actually hate him very much and have never thought of being with him again. I have suffered enough! Every time I made up my mind to cut all ties with him, something bad would happen like what happened now. Richard, what should I do?" Richard understood Abbie's dilemma. "Abbie, do you still love him?" "I don't know! I hate him! I hate him so much!" "You can't let him go, can you? You and he broke up three times, but he has always been in your heart." Richard sighed. "To be honest, I don't want you and him to start over again. After

  • That Stranger Lying Beside Me   Chapter 1746 Don't Ever Come Back

It was late at night in Azalea's ward as she lay on the bed and fell asleep with her eyes closed. Three of Azalea's ribs were broken while one of her hands was handcuffed to the hospital bed. The policeman guarding her felt that there was no way she could escape, so he relaxed his guard. The man who was arranged by Leonard's assistant had been waiting for the right moment in the hospital. Then, they immediately entered the ward and attacked Azalea when they saw that the policeman had left. Just as they covered Azalea's mouth and were about to suffocate her to death, a soft voice could be heard by the door of the ward. "Hey! Are you trying to silence her?" The man turned his head and saw that Bobby were taking photos with his mobile phone while Silas was bent over in laughter. Later, Leonard was woken up at 2 a.m. in the morning when Richard and his bodyguards came to visit him furiously. Leonard had already guessed the purpose of Richard's visit as soon as

  • That Stranger Lying Beside Me   Chapter 1745 Despise Abbie

It had been two days since Leonard's assistant brought Azalea back to the city and she was specially sent here today to attack Michael. Although Azalea hated Michael, she did love him immensely in the past and she didn't want to kill him. The one she hated the most was still Abbie. She had been overshadowed by Abbie since she was a child and she had never won against her before. It was all thanks to Abbie now that she ended up like this. Michael wouldn't deal with her if it weren't for Abbie, and she wouldn't have been driven to a dead end like this. She was going to die in the end anyway, so she wanted nothing more than to drag Abbie down with her. She knew that she couldn't get close to Abbie. Besides, she also knew very well that Leonard wanted to use her to kill Michael so that he could marry Abbie. Azalea acted as if she had been persuaded by Leonard's assistant to attack Michael, but in fact, her target was Abbie all along. She saw how desperat

  • That Stranger Lying Beside Me   Chapter 1744 Why Did I End Up Like This

Azalea looked up when she heard the voice and met Leonard's assistant's gaze in the car. She stopped crying once he got out of the car. "Miss Clark, I've been looking for you everywhere!" Azalea lowered her head frantically when she saw him, but he said warmly, "Miss Clark, get in the car." She didn't know if Leonard's assistant knew about the murder she'd committed, so she hesitated for a moment before getting into the car. He then gave her a bottle of water and some food. Azalea was famished because she hadn't eaten anything for a few days, so she wolfed down her food desperately. Leonard's assistant had been observing Azalea all this time, and he said once she finished eating, "I know what you've done! The police are now looking for you everywhere." Azalea's expression was filled with panic. "Are you going to hand me over to the police?" "No, I'm here to help you." "How can you do that?" Azalea asked in frustration. "I won't be a

It started to rain again early in the morning, which made the air in the mountains damp and cold. Meanwhile, Azalea lay motionlessly on the messy bed. She could hear the child's wailing from outside while Monthel's mother tried to coax the child. However, there was no sign of it ending even after some time. Monthel's mother started to become angry as well, so she scolded the child and eventually began to target Azalea again. "Why are you still lying in bed at this time? I've never seen someone as lazy as you. A wife should get up early in the morning to cook, but you are the only one who will laze around like this!" This was not the first time that Azalea had been scolded. Monthel's mother had begun to pick on her the second day after she arrived. Azalea would fight back initially, but she no longer dared to talk back after she was slapped in the face by Monthel. Monthel's mother cursed outside for a while. Then, she lifted the curtain and came into the ro
