Chapter 19

Drake and Ellie each grabbed a plate of food and sat at the main breakfast bar in the kitchen, over the past two years they had become close friends and were often mistaken for being a couple by other members of the pack, it didn’t help that Drake protected Ellie with such dominance, the two began to eat as Stacy lead Kyle into the kitchen, Kyle had an outward demeanour or courage but everyone in the room could smell his nervousness, and he was right to be nervous, last night he made the decision to become a Wolf shifter, these people were going to become his family, a rather dysfunctional family but a family nonetheless.

Drake and Ellie began laughing amongst themselves, which didn’t help Kyle’s nerves, Stacy grabbed him a plate piled high with various meats.

“I hope you don’t expect me to eat all that.” Kyle said taking a seat at the table.
