Aaron's POV

My men had managed to restrain Landon and take him to the pack house, but not before he was able to cause a scene and got everyone talking. Natalia and I had purposely refrained from inviting unmated Alphas to the ceremony to prevent something like this from happening, but Landon still found his way here.

It aggravated me because he made my mate uneasy. She was very happy with the way things were going, but he had to come and ruin everything. I could not bring myself to be angry at him though, as he had no idea what he was doing.

Natalia and I went back to the pack house without completing the mating due to all the commotions that happened.

While she went into the house, I went to meet Landon who was currently held in the dungeon. His eyes blazed with fury as he saw me.

"Where is she? Where is my mate?"

I suddenly found the whole situation comical, rather than annoying, and I imagined flicking his forehead until he snaps out of his delusion.

"She is your mate now?" I asked,

I know that it is normal for both the male and the female to mark each other in most werewolf stories, but I wrote this one such that it is only the males that usually do the marking.
