Ambrose POV
I watched her leave the room and couldn't help but smile. She flipped her hair back and wiggled her waist on her way out, trying to make a dramatic exit. What a ridiculous woman.
I frowned as I remembered what she said before leaving.
She heard everything.
She heard me say that I wanted to break the pact and get rid of her, yet she didn't look scared. I expected her to at least be angry at me, but instead, she vowed to stay by my side forever. What a weird girl!
And now I stood in this huge room, all alone with a raging boner in my pants. She just had to rub against me and awaken my desire for her before leaving. This must be her way of taking revenge on me.
