Chapter twelve

Hannah POV

"Who is here," I asked as I stood scared beside Gabe

"I have forgotten you aren't a werewolf, sorry to scare you but your mate is here" he informed

I was stunned, the doorbell rang again and it looks like he want to force his way in "Hannah" I heard his voice

"I will be back," I said to Gabe and I went to open the door

Liam didn't bother to greet me "where is he, I can smell another guy in here," he said angrily

"what's with you guys smelling each other, Gabe come out here" I shouted

"What is he doing here alone with you," he asked very jealously "and what is he doing in your room"

before I can answer his questions, he has Gabe pinned down with him adding pressure on his throat "Liam" I screamed his name, Gabe can't even defend himself as there was no air to breath

"he is touching what is mine" was all he says

"you are going to kill him" I tried to push but he won't budge "you need to be calm" I tried again and this time he release him

"stay away from her" he screamed towards terrified Gabe

"but she is my best friend" he answered back

does he have a death wish "I don't care, she is your Luna"

they are both getting on my nerves now "you both should stop, Liam, he is right, he is my friend and you can't just lay your wolfish claim on me" I said helping Gabe up from the floor but he push me back

"I am trying to help you here" I rolled my eyes, his neck are red from the estrangement

"not now" he stated and I looked back at Liam who was still fuming in anger

"so I can't help him even if he is wounded" what on Earth is wrong with this people

"he is trying to take what is mine," he said

"I am not an object you can just place a claim on Liam, and if Gabe is interested in me, he will have asked me out for ages"

"then, why is he always around you"

"Are you dumb" I shouted at him, this is frustrating "don't you hear what I am saying, he is my friend and you met him because of him"

"Hannah, I am fine" Gabe tried to interfere

"This is not about you again" I replied "is this how he is going to be whenever he sees me with you or every other guy"

"Hannah, you are pissing him more up"

"I don't care, I am not moving into the packhouse anymore" I stated and he immediately calm down

"Hannah please" Gabe pleads

"you are," Liam said

"like hell I will, you want me to move there so you can control me and who I see" I knot my hair to the back "you can't stop me from having a boyfriend if I want to" I want to stop talking but I was angry beyond self-control

"take it back," Liam said

"no, Gabe, I am sure you won't mind dating me" I smile seductively at Gabe "I am sure I can give you pleasure more than that receptionist"

   "you are mine" he growled loudly and the next minute he have me pinned down against the wall and his teeth biting deep into my neck, I cried out in pain as I cling unto him for support

"Alpha, you shouldn't have done this" was all I heard before darkness consume me.

Liam POV

     it wasn't me, it was Leon, he lost it when he heard her talking about giving pleasure to another guy, he marked her and that too against her will and that was the reason she felt a lot of pain to the point she fainted "she was just angry, she didn't mean any of it" Gabe said, he maintains a perfect distance between us

"I know, after all, she is a bossy lady," I said placing her down on the couch I slept last night

"Why did you mark her then" he interrogates

Leon is mad at the fact he was still here and the fact he is asking why he has marked his mate, I pushed Leon to the back before he take over again "that was not me, it was my wolf"

he kept quiet that moment realizing what just happened "what are you going to do now" he asked after a while

"I don't know but one thing is certain, she can't stay here any longer, everyone will know and use her as a threat against me"

"but she...." he started

"I don't care about what she says"  I fired at him "all o care about is her safety," I said using my alpha voice

"yes Alpha" he now his head

"is she done packing," I asked

"yes Alpha" he replied

"help me get her things into the car, I am taking her to the packhouse now"

"won't you wait for her to wake up first"

"get her things into my car now" I screamed

"yes Alpha" he quickly walks away

    I watched as she sleep peacefully on the couch, I touch her and she stir, I looked at the mark I gave her and I smile proudly at it "alpha" I heard a voice in my head

"Eric, what again"

"you marked her," he said

shit, I have forgotten they will be able to fill it since I am their alpha and she is going to be their Luna "It's a long story" I said scattering my hair

"you better keep the long story short because people are here and they want to meet their Luna," he said

"no" I growl

"you marked her, are you going to be keeping her away from her people"

"It wasn't me that marked her" I confessed

"wait, but it was you we felt, don't tell me your wolf marked her," he said understanding the situation

"yes, my wolf did"

Gabe entered and tell me everything is ready "keep the people away, I am coming with her now but keep them away, she isn't ready" I mindlink Eric

"I understand" he answered and went away

I carefully lift my mate in my arms with Gabe guiding the way, he opens the door to the back seat and I place her there gently "thank you, Gabe"

"I was thinking I should follow you back to the packhouse"

"that is not good thinking" I answered

"she will want me there when she wakes up, she is going to be mad at you" he tried to reason with me "I promise to keep my distance" he added

"fine," I shrugged not because I wanted him but because he was right

she will be very angry when she wakes up and only Gabe can help with the situation.

         I drove down to the packhouse with Gabe beside me in the front seat, thankfully, no one was outside when we got there, I opened the back door, lift her gently, and carried her inside towards my room. I placed her on my bed and Gabe walked in with some of her load and then went out again.

Eric, my dad, and my mum came inside some minute later "congratulations" my mum said

"you don't look, happy son, are you not happy to mark her," my father asked concerned

"let's move to the living room, I don't want us to wake her up," I told them looking down to see my mate sleeping peacefully

Gabe came in with the rest of her load that moment and we all move to the living room.

"so, what happened," my mum asked as she grow out of patience

"It wasn't me that marked her, my wolf did" I explained

"what, why will you let your wolf mark her, is that why she is unconscious," my mother said

"I was jealous and she said some shit that push my wolf out, I didn't mean it to happen"

"Gabe is involved too," Eric asked

"I met him there" I answered

"what are you going to do when she wakes up," my father asked

"I don't even know"

"you have to know, I was able to handle the people today but you know they will be back, and with the annual ceremony approaching," Eric said

"I can't lose her," I said with pain in my chest

"you can't lose her"

"she is going to hate me for this, I was going to wait" I growl messed up

"the moon goddess pair you both for a reason, everything will be okay," my father said patting my shoulder

"Was that the reason you brought her here," my mother asked

"she was going to move in today but she lost consciousness due to the marked pain, I have to bring her, she will be my enemy target now that she bears my mark"

"We understand" my father answered

"she is awake," my wolf said with guilt in his voice but now is not the time, o stood up and dash towards my room
