Chapter 17 The children are in trouble!

HERMIONE'S POV

I halted from my footsteps as I looked at Phoenix, who was also stunned to see me, but after a while, his eyes squinted, looking at me deeply and sharply as if he could pierce a hole in my face.

Turns out the thing that had him rushing to deal with was my brother, or rather rushing to find the woman he loved the most. I couldn't help but be saddened.

“What are you waiting for? Christmas? Go and save that useless brother of yours!” Elizabeth shouted as she kicked the rogue's stomach, really hard to the point that the rogue had spurt a bag of blood.

I immediately erased all of those thoughts and directly ran as fastest as I could, towards the large car where my brother was hiding.

I let out a loud growl as I bit the rogue's neck, leading him to shriek as he wriggled his body, trying to get out of my attack. I waited for him to lose consciousness before I let him go and spit his blood out of my mouth.
